A lovely villa set next to the owner’s home with friendly and helpful staff full of local knowledge, close to the Ramsar city’s jungle. This delightful lodge is the perfect base for a small family or group of friends wishing to explore the surrounding area. This cosy villa has two comfortable bedrooms, both en-suite shower room and window leading out to a jungle and sea view *** Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance before your check in date*** Good to know that we don't have exchange in Ramsar city so it would be great u change your money in tehran .

Reviewed By ralfiausruppsch... and a very helpful and friendly host (within 5 min. pick-up from the street, because I couldn't find the house). Nice view to the sea from the room and the KINGs room (second store). Zamin makes herself available for tours and I had great fun with her and her boyfriend and other friends exploring the area and chatting. The price for a room (€ 40) in my opinion was overpriced (even considering the location).

Mizban Hotel area is 6.5 hectares with free parking lot. It involves 4 and 5 star Hotels that have 227 rooms totally. It also has 6 restaurants, 1 cafe shop and 9 ceremony halls. There are entertainment centers such as gym, Billiards, air hockey, snooker, outdoor tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. There are indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath (Hammam), spa and laundry.

Reviewed By fahimeh hThis hotel has two big restaurants one is buffet and the other is traditional restaurant I ate in both of them if you go to traditional part eat Lave Kebab its taste is unique and in buffet part I like most of the food but I think kofte and dolma weren't good enough to eat so eat other things

Reviewed By mona11981ما به مدت سه روز در اين هتل اقامت داشتيم. هتل در ارتفاعات كلاردشت قرار دارد منظره ي بسيار زيبايي دارد . انتهاي راه كه از خود كلاردشت تا هتل مي رسد مسير خاكي است ولي قابل عبور است.در مجموع جاي متفاوت و خاصي است.امكانات هتل به نسبت اينكه بالاي كوه است خوب بود. دو انتقاد هم دارم يكي اينكه موقع ورود به هتل آقايي كه به كمك ما اومدن فقط يكي از چمدان ها رو بردن و ما و بچه ها خودمون بقيه ي چمدان ها رو برديم،ديگر اينكه ويلا تلفن داخلي نداشت تا با لابي تماس بگيريم. ولي در كل جاي آرام و خاصي است.بچه گربه ها در فضاي حياط هتل بودند و يكجايي براي نگهداري از مرغ ها بود كه بچه ها از تماشا و بازي با اون ها لذت بردند پرسنل لابي هم بسيار خوش رو و موقر بودند. تجربه ي متفاوت و جالبي بود.

Disappointing
Reviewed By Vera BWe chose the Maral despite some critical reviews, mainly because of its central situation and a lack of better alternatives, and because we had read that they have information about hiking in the area, finding a guide etc. To mention the few positive aspects first: Big rooms, clean bedsheets, rooms to the back are relatively quiet (only the monotonous noise of some air condition...) But: The staff at the reception does not speak anything else than Farsi. If you need help, eg where to find information on hiking, a map of the region or a guide, assistance with the WiFi (which does not work most of the time anyway), request for at least one clean towel per person: Even when you make yourself understood in Farsi by Google Translate you won't get any service whatsoever!! Complete failure! Moreover: Rooms are not cleaned daily and breakfast is poor. Kelardasht must have been beautiful, but long ago. At present it is spoilt by wild building activities of houses and roads any style and anywhere. If you are after its natural beauties you have to go very far to find them. And make sure you have all the information you might need before you get there, as you will have a very hard time to find them on the spot.
