Beautiful hotel with poor service
Reviewed By arianesU4998QRSituated in a beautiful location the hotel offers nice rooms. However, don't expect the hospitality that you would normally experience in Iran. Staff was unfriendly and when we arrived late they didn't show us the way to the room in the dark. Also, they refused helping with the luggage that had to be carried up some steep stairs. Instead, they clearly made me understand that as a European woman traveling with my partner I was not welcome. It's a pity that overall I cannot recommend staying at this place.

Reviewed By andreaelauraUn business hotel sufficientemente confortevole. Camera ampia e ben arredata, ma un po’ vecchiotta; bagno con doccia a terra decisamente scomoda. Colazione basica. Un buon punto d’appoggio, ma niente di più.

Reviewed By kamrans308Nous avons passé vers la mi-août deux nuits dans cet hôtel. L'accueil est excellent, les chambres sont immenses et la rénovation du caravansérail est une réussite. On peut à partir de cet hôtel facilement sillonner l'Azarbaidjan Nord. L'hôtel a quelques points faibles: le wifi ne marche pas bien dans toutes les chambres et le restaurant pour les repas et le petit déjeuner ne permet de manger également en terrasse pour profiter de la fraicheur du soir et du matin. Le soucis de bien faire de l'équipe est si grand que nous sommes surs que ces points faibles seront corrigés

Not worth the money
Reviewed By AndreaLehotskaI ended up in this hotel only because it was late, but honestly I don’t recommend it. The whole building is worn out and tired; sheets clean but everything smells like a heavy chemical product, doors are broken, breakfast very poor, (boiled eg/white cheese/jam) and a long waiting for everything. In the morning, I’ve been asked a different rate of what I’ve been offered the day before and even if it wasn’t that big difference, the hassle around it wasn’t very pleasant. All felt very forced, and the atmosphere wasn’t the best:)

Reviewed By lino aJolfa è un'anonima, tranquilla cittadina di frontiera, utile solo come base di appoggio per esplorare la bellissima Valle dell'Aras e le meravigliose montagne a sud est di Kaleibar, sul confine ancora caldo e sensibile tra Iran, Armenia, Naxcivan e Nagorno-Karabakh. L'albergo è fatto di appartamenti molto grandi, un pò anonimi, ne belli ne brutti, privi di particolari pregi. Dispone però di un buon ristorante e serve un'ottima colazione. La ragazza alla reception è dolce, gentile e può trovarvi un driver per le vostre escursioni. A noi ha trovato un bravissimo tassista turco iraniano, che non parlava una parola di inglese, ma con il quale ci siamo capiti perfettamente e ci siamo trovati veramente bene.
