Convenient and comfortable
Reviewed By MRCordovaThat place is very basic but comfortable and nice overall. Rooms are basic and with a rustic style but they have A/C, cable tv and private bathrooms. What's more important, though is that they are very clean. I am extremely picky with cleanliness and I have a hard time sleeping in hotels where I feel rooms or sheets are not clean. Not a problem here. Breakfast is included. Although the crisis in the country has clearly affected hotels, they make an effort to provide a hot meal. Mine was coffee, fresh juice, freshly made arepas, butter and cheese but other people asked for eggs and ham and it was all available. Staff are very friendly but this is rather the norm in San Cristobal where people are famous for being courteous and kind. A member of my team forgot part of his clothes in the room and the cleaning lady ran after us to return to clothes. If I have to go back to the city , I will stay here again.

Reviewed By richsuarez13estuve allá unos días antes de la cuarentena, excelente habitación, todo bien limpio y cuidado. Lo que más me gusto es que es atendida por sus propios dueños y son tan amables y atentos que te hacen sentir en casa de los abuelos. También la recomiendo porque allí mismo tienen un bodegón y una venta de comida rápida lo que hace más fácil todo

Una opción económica para el Centro
Reviewed By EliecerChMe hospedo en el hotel con cierta regularidad en estadías cortas por motivos de trabajo y ubicación. Amable atención, limpieza en las habitaciones, no todas son cómodas, unas muy pequeñas y la calidad del descanso no es la ideal, ya que algunas tienen ventanas solo al pasillo y las conversaciones del personal y los huéspedes, se escuchan como si fuera en primera plana. También se debe mejorar las instalaciones, los baños y duchas requieren correctivos y mejoras de estética. El estacionamiento es amplio y los carros quedan bien resguardados. Olvidaba comentar que los Aires Acondicionado requieren de mantenimiento funcionan bien, pero son ruidosos. En general si la exigencia no es elevada, el hotel ofrece seguridad, buen precio, para viajes de negocios o de paso en estadías cortas.
