Reviewed By CesarC238Con motivo del día del amor y la amistad, concurrimos con mi familia a Casa Lolita Hotel Boutique, con la finalidad de servirnos un desayuno; desde la entrada quede impresionado por la elegancia de sus instalaciones; el trato muy amable del personal impecablemente uniformados, un exquisito desayuno, todo hace que sea un lugar AAA. Quienes lleguen a Portoviejo y si quieren ser tratados a cuerpo de reyes, tiene que visitar Casa Lolita......

We have created a space where guests feel at home, in a safe, neat and relaxed environment. Platanal offers five comfortable suites and four guestrooms. They each come a new and silent air conditioning unit, ceiling fan, silver screen TV cable, free wi-fi, heated water, writing desks and an electronic door lock.
Great for a Group!
Reviewed By 644janhOur team of 27 people stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. We were able to have our meetings and some meals together in the courtyard area. They also had a kitchen area adjoining the courtyard where we had access to a full-size refrigerator, sink, coffee, purified water, and a washer/dryer. I highly recommend the Platanal for groups and thank the staff for their wonderful hospitality to us while we were there.

Pérdida de cargador de teléfono móvil
Reviewed By Pepe MCuando estuve hospedado olvidé el cargador conectado al enchufe de pared. Volví a la media hora a buscarlo y aunque aún no habían arreglado la habitación, el cargador desapareció y nadie se hizo responsable.
