Reviewed By jmunda510265Overall the stay was good. Rooms were very nice. Beds were very comfy and the oil paintings in the room were a nice touch. We will be staying here again soon. Staff were helpful. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Reviewed By milley2020Front desk manager is horrendously rude. Tried to ask a few questions about a room and he was very ignorant and then banned me from booking a room . Upon investigating, this man is habitually aggressive and has not been let go of his management title. Unreal actually. Do not book here, I would fear for my safely around this guy.

Reviewed By tdot1919The initial impression was casual as there was no one at the desk till after a phone call was made, even tho they have cameras. When I told the front desk my credit card number I felt like the person near by was eavesdropping. Turns out they worked there. The room it self smelled like stale alcohol and bathroom fan periodically worked. To much light came thru from outside lightning. Overall not a great experience. And definitely not for the same price you pay in a nice hotel in similar oilpatch towns in Alberta and I’ve been to most of them.

Reviewed By KayleneT578I have never experienced such horrible service. I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. The owner is very un professional and I could explain countless scenarios of her wrong doing. She stated that their was a kitchenette (there isn't) NO WIFI service what so ever and when I asked the front desk to help, they gave me some poor excuse and that the manager couldn't be reached. After 3-4 different times speaking with the owner regarding my concerns she reacted in such an unkind manner and yelled at me and called the cops. STAY FAR AWAY!!

Reviewed By SelkiyI was about 250 km away when I called to book a room, the lady at the grassland motel said that she would book my room I tried to give her my visa on the phone and she said no that was fine she seen me when I got there. 250 km is a long drive given the winter conditions so it took a while and when I get here to grasslands, the manager of the grassland motel had given the way the room I reserved. I'm so angry I, I will sleep in my pick up before I ever think to try this place again! I have never been so angry at someone in a motel ever before. Grassland hotel has lost my business and anyone else I can steer clear of their poor attitude
