Le Pinardier

We love popping in to Le Pinardier for glass or bottle of wine or bubbles. Also love the snacks that they serve, the saucisson is amazing. Marina is absolutely charming as is keen on sharing her wine knowledge and is a consummate host. Can’t wait for lockdown to be over to we can visit again. Definitely worth the visit.

Recommended by the lovely staff at furlongs (another great pub) we came in here for a few drinks before we headed back home on the train. Incredible beer selection and the staff made me and my partner feel so welcome. Norah and Jack gave us great information on the beers and let my hubby try probably more than he needed. we will definitely be back soon. My only criticism would be they have no background music but when the locals piled in it did not matter to much.

Vino

Reviewed By 983marinac - Cismon del Grappa, Italy

“Vino” is a cozy place where you can really feel at your own ease. A very good selection of wines, accompanied with delicious salami and tasty cheese are what you can surely find in this micro pub. The owner Fabio and the whole personnel are really welcoming and always available to explain how to combine the dishes with the perfect wine. The great professionality added to the typical Italian kind attitude, make “Vino” a very nice place where to spend good time in good company. Highly recommended!

Geography - wine bar

Small, friendly wine bar serving wines from around the world as well as many from Kent and Sussex. Also home to a curated list of spirits, beers and ciders and a range of grazing boards featuring local produce plus pates and gourmet toasties

What a gem of a place. We spent five days in RTW and visited this intimate little wine bar 3 times. We'd such a warm welcome from the owners and Harvey the dog who just loves to say hello to everyone. It's not your usual dark wine bar but lovely and fresh and clean with a really fabulous wine list. If wine is not your thing, there's plenty of other drinks too. We even spotted a local celebrity visiting the bar whilst there the first time. It appeared a very popular spot and it's not a surprise why.

What a place! Over 140 gins ..and all the staff know what gin to suggest to go with what mixer. Vibe is really good and they were on top of the covid precautions, constantly wiping surfaces with anti-bac, suggesting (politely) to ensure we sanitise our hands etc. Upstairs is a real treat and can accommodate 10 with social distancing in a great atmosphere. Some fab pictures by a local artist. Friendly and welcoming and great drinks!
