Negatives: The place is close to a construction site and a boulevard so don't expect any peace and quiet. As far as I am aware there are no elevators which can make it a bad choice if you have someone that is immobile and the rooms are on the last floor. The rooms were just painted which was an issue since the paint didn't fully dry(Personally got my black jacket a bit dirty because of this). TV Remotes were not working, owner changed the batteries when we asked for help.

white palace with amazing hosts
Reviewed By ferdilutvijiI am delighted to meet such nice people. The place itself is a white room with new bathroom and 2 balconies. Fully equipped and amazing. The location is right between the nicest beaches in Ksamil. Spotless. Thanks to Tina and her husbend and the cousin(i guess). We also met the elderly men that were kind and we felt like home. we spend our last 3 nights in Ksamil and wished we knew for this place from the begining. Next time. Ferdi

Relaxing cozy place with the most beautiful seaview in Sarande
Reviewed By szilviavarjuThe best spot of Sarande with quiet and peaceful private beach. From your own sunbed you can enjoy the beautiful view of Corfu and the romantic sunset on the sea. Aldo and his family are hospitable, you feel yourself at home from the first moment. The accomodation is very clean and cozy, all foods are home made and delicious. We highly recommend for couples for relaxing. The heart of Sarande is only 5 mins by car if you would like to go out for a nice party with friends to enjoy the best rythms of Albania you have a wide selection of venues.

Villa Abedini is located in the heart of Ksamil, about 250 meters from the beach ( 7 minutes walking) and 2.5 km from Butrint National Park. The studios have air-conditions, flat-screen TV and free Wi-fi in whole area. All units have a seating area and feature a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator and stovetop. There is a private bathroom with a shower in each unit. Bed linen is featured. Free private parking is provided on site. Villa Abedini comprises a garden. This is the guests' favourite part of Ksamil, according to independent reviews.

Reviewed By Freedom54743830245I went their with my husband.we stay their for 4 nights and I loved that place.it was very easy to find it and in case you get lost as we did you can call the owner which is very helpful and kind and will help you. The beach was very near and we liked it.also the rooms were very clean.

Reviewed By agronb485Stayed here twice, in July 2017 and this July. More than satisfied both times. Quiet place, perfect view, and wonderful hosts. Since i travel for holidays in Southern Albania every year since 2011, i can compare this lodging with others, and can only say this best value for money you can get in that area. It is ten minutes walking from the beach, with good wifi connection, parking and fully equiped kitchen. Me and my family had great vacation here, both times. Will certainly come back.

Vila Mihasi is built 4 years before with the purpose to host tourist from all over the world. Is a combination of calm nature around the building and the magic sea of Ksamil. The hole building have 8 apartment with balcony and secure parking for each customer. Every apartment have all the necessary equipment to feel like home. You can enjoy a drink or coffee in the garden of the building. Also have a lot of place for children to play. The built is very close to center and to the beach. In this place you will find a really Albanian welcoming. Is a pleasure for us to meet new people and to exchange our cultural and tradition. Our motto is " you will come as guest and to leave as part of our family". The neighborhood is very quite and have all the necessary things you will need. Near to beach, center and National Park of Butrinti.

Reviewed By 651klarapi had a great time there. Everything was clean and the staff very friendly. There is a very bug and beatiful garden so you can stay there and relax. There is not noise around the area and that is perfect!

Villa Angela is built with stone. Each room is complete with bathroom, kitchen, private entrance, air conditioning, internet, wifi, kitchen tools, free parking and the security is in maximum. In one room can be accomodated 3 persons. Each room has a plasma TV, freezer, microwave, washing machine and iron service. The villa is 5 minutes far from the sea and the city center and 10 minutes from Butrint.

Lovely place, very pleasant hosts - the best place for rest!
Reviewed By Olga SGuesthouse Vila Ari is situated on the beachfront in Ksamil, in 2 minutes walk from the beach. Our family - 2 adults+2 children - lived in a room on the 1st floor and have own entrance and outdoor place with table and chairs (look at the photos). Room is a studio type: one double bed and 2 single beds, wardrobe and nightstand, a TV and air conditioning; a kitchen place has stove with oven, cupboard with different utensil, fridge, cook table with big sink and dinner table with 4 chairs; a private bathroom is large and comfortable. Bed linen and towels (2 per pers.) are changed every 5 days. I would like to say special thanks to the hosts of this house - very hospitable and nice people, always ready to help and quickly respond to requests.We were treated with vegetables and fruits from their garden, were presented souvenirs and dropped off at the bus stop when we left - very kind and caring people :)

Le frontiere tra Grecia e Albania sono chiuse per il COVID, me ne sono accorto al momento di imbarcarmi da Corfù, ho chiesto per e-mail al padrone dell'hotel di cancellare la prenotazione; poteva prendere, avendone pieno diritto, il prezzo di 7 giorni ma ha accettato la mia richiesta senza togliermi un euro. Una stupenda lezione di correttezza.

Not a relaible hotel
Reviewed By bj986we booked a room with this hotel via booking. They ended up cancelling our room at midnight, the night before we were meant to check in. Didn't end up seeing the email as we went to bed early as we had some travel ahead of us. We didn't end up going to Sarande due to lack of last minute booking offers.
