Buona l'accoglienza, molto gentile la sig.ra che ci ha fatto vedere l'appartamento. Appartamento molto comodo e funzionale, nel frigo addirittura 2 bottigliette di acqua, macchina per il caffè con cialde, possibile accesso al wifi gratis buona la pulizia, l'appartamento è risultato molto silenzioso. Parcheggio adiacente. Norme anti COVID rispettate. Colazione servita in un bar nelle vicinanze per rispetto norme anti COVID.

Scoobydoos' house: EVERYTHING is BROKEN and FALLING apart !!!
Reviewed By Crystal KDo not get fooled by the high rated reviews. Make sure to read the low rated reviews which will give you an accurate description of the actual situation. We do NOT recommend. We stayed in the Prestige Deluxe Room (Blue Room). First, understand this place is NOT a hotel, but a guest house. Upon arrival in the afternoon, we waited 45 minutes outside the gate for someone to let us in (no one picked up the phone while we were calling). Also, it is located in a bad neighborhood. Lots of low income housing around, with incessant dog barking day and night. -----> About the villa: -> EVERYTHING is BROKEN: shutters, doors, lounge chairs... There is JUNK EVERYWHERE in the garden, patio... Do NOT EXPECT them to fix anything as they are trying to sell this villa. -> No elevator. No help whatsoever to carry your bags up 2 flight of stairs. -> No usable common area as seen in the pictures. These rooms are for the owner's use only. -----> About the Prestige Deluxe Room (blue room): -> There is a balcony with a small round patio table and chairs. The door is extremely difficult to open and close. As a matter of fact, when it rains, water floods inside the bedroom. The balcony is not swept, and is full of pine tree needles. -> The bathroom door does NOT shut. This was reported in previous reviews, but it is still impossible to close the door. So when using the bathroom, know that the door will remain open. -> No coffee maker in the room but kettle on demand, and there is a fridge. -> No daily full cleaning, but they will provide an extra towel if you ask. -> All doors, windows, and shutters broken -----> About the host: nice but invasive. Stands next to your table while having breakfast.

In the country by the sea
Reviewed By hjb50Il Vivaio has self-catering flats about 5 minutes’ drive from Tarquinia lido. It’s surrounded by fields and has a lovely pool. The flats are spotlessly clean and have everything you could need—fast WiFi, air con, TV, well equipped kitchen etc. We were there to escape the heat of Rome and have a dip in the sea, but you might also visit the Etruscan tombs, which are stunning. The centre of the old town is worth a quiet wander while the lungomare is the place to be on a Saturday evening.

The farmhouse is a stone farmhouse recently renovated in a panoramic position. Surrounded by a park of oak trees "The Oaks" allows guests to stay in close contact with nature (because very close to the Natural Reserve of Monte Rufeno) and at the same time to walk to the village of Torre Alfina, pretty village dominated by a castle made of local stone. Its location is particularly favorable.
Family vacation
Reviewed By Helen BI booked this property for two families – three adults and four teenagers. We found it quite satisfactory, clean to our satisfaction and would recommend it for families. The items provided for breakfast or substantial, and the owners were very accommodating.
