Staff are incredibly accommodating, warm and always happy to assist with requests. I could not fault anything within this accommodation. Huge extra large bed Beautiful bathroom including double tub for soaking Seating area inside villa Perfect area outside for sitting Lounge chairs by a sparkling, good sized pool.

Flooded Toilet for 2 Days!!
Reviewed By 206farahhAbsolutely terrible. We arrived tired after a long trip and after checking in we took a quick look around before taking a quick nap. It wasn't until after that we realised that the toilet was completely broken and detached from the wall. When we tried to flush, the whole bathroom flooded. Also the lock on the front door of the apartment was broken, so we couldn't lock it. This is other than all the random broken glass, peeled off paint, and general shabbiness of the room. When we told the staff about the bathroom and the lock, they said that there was nothing they could do because it was the day before Nyepi and all the other villas are full. I understand they couldn't fix it because of Nyepi, but they should have NEVER checked us in to a villa in that state. It's extremely unprofessional and unhygienic, especially since they knew we'd be stuck in the room for 2 days for Nyepi. It was absolutely unacceptable, and we will never be staying here again.

Reviewed By Michelle JMy husband and i spent 10 lovely nights here. Couldnt fault it at all. Very spacious and super clean with a bigger than expected pool. Perfect location just a 5 minute walk and you are on the main legian road with lots of shopping and great food. Running off of legian street is malasti street which is also fantastic for shopping and food.Supermarket straight out the front Putu and cleaning staff were amazing. Thanks so very much we will definately be back.

Reviewed By Sandra JI am amazed by the villa! It is very beautiful and I seriously regret only booking it for two nights. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was in heaven! The villa is spacious, very well decorated and clean. The pool is of perfect size. Wildan-the butler was extremely friendly and kind-always quickly responded to our requests, he even organised fresh petals so I could have a lovely bath in the round bathtub in the bathroom. If you're looking for a perfect place to stay near Kuta then book this villa and you will feel like in paradise.

Guest needs are overlooked
Reviewed By ElybabbahLocation and room landscape was beautiful. Staff always smiled and greeted us on our way in and out of the room. However, the service was lacking. I give this place two stars because of these following reasons; 1. No map of the area or recommdations were provided or even offered 2. The room offers filtered water and a kettle but no coffee or tea was available. I called to request coffee, instead they brought sugar. 3. Room was never services despite confirming a time with FD staff. In fact I called only to request coffee and instead of fd asking "how can I help you", she bombarded me with questions regarding room cleaning services almost demanding we tell them a time before I could request coffee which apparently was not available at 10am. 4. upon check out, I addressed my concerns to FD and she just blamed my friend for not servicing the room. Apparently, she asked my friend in passing if we wanted the room service still? My friend misunderstood her asking if the room was services...what was the point of me confirming a time? 5. my biggest issue- I ordered room service (the beef burger) two nights in a row and the morning of check out I have never been so sick. Not even during my travels through Vietnam did I get food poisoning. I lost an entire day. Our drive to Ubud took longer to get to because he had to pull over and make frequent stops. This place is horrible. They do not anticipate guest needs and take no responsibility. I can not recommend this place. For a fraction of the cost, we have arrived into Ubud homestay that offers a map of the area, tour recommendations, free breakfast, coffee and tea (all day).

Reviewed By R6602BYalexmThis guesthouse was lovely! It is a quiet haven located in kuta! The room was clean and the staff were great. Breakfast was tasty and the pool was beautiful. The guesthouse was a 10 minute drive from the airport so was ideal for a short stay. I would stay here again!
