The cooking lesson itself was great fun and the food tasted absolutely delicious. The main point of going however was to have the recipes to repeat at home. I have chased by email but still no sign of the recipes that were promised to be sent by email.
Has anyone been recently and is willing to send me theirs?

We visited this place when we stayed in Munduk. It was a short hike to the waterfall but with some height difference so it's a climb. But when you arrive it's worth the walk.

Foods are excellent, incredibly delicious. Prices are very reasonable, especially compare to other tourist areas. Most menu prices range from 50 k to 80 k rupiah or usd 4 to 6 . For quality , the price extremely good.
Magnificent view, friendly people. Absolutely mandatory restaurant to visit in Munduk/Bedugul area.

We had a great bike tour, Wilderness trek and canoe ride with Geoland and Terracce du Lac hotel. Made Jana accompanied us on a fun and relatively easy bike trip. Then we trekked through the forest for several hours with another knowledgeable guide. We ended with a short canoe ride to the other side of the lake. We were then taken back to Terracce du Lac for a complimentary meal.
Made Jana was awesome and very professional! We used him as a driver several times while in Bali. We were able to practice our Indonesian with him but he also spoke English when needed. He helped us buy souvenirs at the market and even took us to his strawberry farm.
We will definitely return to Munduk on our next trip to Bali.
Bring a jacket for cool mornings and evenings.

Pura Ulun Danu Buyan is blessed by a cooler, less humid atmosphere from which to appreciate it. Being up a mountain, we had a brief escape from the humidity of sea level Bali. The temple itself was, yet again, beautiful. Part of it is built out into the lake, with a stunning backdrop of Mountains.

This is a wonderful healing program. Come with an open heart and believe in the extraordinary and sometimes unexplainable aspects of life. As your guides, Susan & Made have a special way of 'holding the space' during the meetings with the Balinese medicine men. They are caring, supportive and attentive. The Balinese healers are the real deal - dedicated and highly skilled in what they do. My sessions were very beneficial and I received guidance which I am very grateful for.
I chose to stay at Terrace Du Lac in a very comfortable cottage with my own fire place to warm up the cool nights. The food at their restaurant was nutritious and delicious and the view of the Mountains and lake were beautiful. Sometimes you can come across little treasures in your life, this was one of those for me.

Swis knows a lot of good places to visit and can explain about culture, temples and nature. We visited the temple on the lake, local market, more temples, Waterfalls and a coffeeplantation.
His driving-skills are very nice, we did not get carsick. His english is good and we could understand what he was saying. We would definitely recommend him as a driver and guide.

Budi is a Reliable driver from munduk area. He offered us to stop at Some places on our route (surplus of 50k), but was not pushy About it. Interesting stop at a local market.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre cours de cuisine balinaise avec Made et sa femme. Nous étions que 2 donc nous avons eu un cours privé de 17h à 19h pour cuisiner 5 plats et avons ensuite été servi à manger sur la petite terrasse couverte qu'il vient de construire. Nous avons été vraiment content de pouvoir cuisiner des plats spéciaux qu'habituellement ne sont faits que dans les occasions spéciales et les cérémonies. Bref, des plats que nous avons pas accès dans les restaurants. Et ce fut DÉLICIEUX !
Leur cuisine est située au bout d'une petite allée donnant sur la rue principale du village. Elle contient un four au bois authentique de la région, bref simplement, nous avons cuisiné dans leur cuisine, parlé et rigolé avec eux. Bref, ce fut un agréable moment.
Nous vous le recommandons chaudement. Une très belle expérience.
