Ayurvedic massage, or “Abhyanga”, is a part of one of the ancient healing system in the world that has been practicing in India from thousands of years called "Ayurveda" in which the entire body is rhythmically massaged with herb infused oil to remove toxins and blocks from the system. Riverside Park - Centre of the City

Reviewed By Eleanora063 - Lake Country, Canada

I always go to this park when I go through Kamloops. I have done this with my own children in the 1970s and now with grandchildren. It is beautifully maintained with walking and cycling paths, playgrounds, spray park, picnic areas and beautiful groomed gardens along the river.
