A variety of places can be enjoyed in a variety of places such as the Jindaiji Temple, the Aquatic Botanical Garden, the Jindaiji Castle Ruins, the Jindai Botanical Garden, the greenhouse, and the health playground equipment. There are also many tea houses and soba restaurants. I think lunch at a nearby family restaurant is very useful. Many kinds of plants are planted and it can be enjoyed every season.

Worth a visit as a historical place and also for the ambience including the Botanical garden and foodie paradise that is Soba Noodles, Dango and hot Mochi cakes. We visited on a hot and humid August day and it was very pleasant walking mostly on shade and with a slight cooling breeze. Brilliant even though this temple is hard to get to from other parts of Tokyo.

The Chofu Summer Fireworks launch about 9,000 fireworks on the riverside of Tama River in Chofu. Famous for synchronizing with music, the fireworks show is dubbed "Hanabi-llusion." A spectacular show of light and sound with the night sky as the canvas. The riverside is spacious for spectators and paid seating affords a close view of the launch site. Non-reserved seating is also available. Food stalls are near the spectator seats.
