The Shipwreck

What shapes the Maltese identity, culture and Religious roots? What is St Paul's significance in Malta? Is it true that St Paul the Apostle arrived in Malta? These questions are answered in our docu-drama 'The Shipwreck', an in-house production directed by Massimo My. This theatrical re-enactment produced by CAK, portrays the story of St Paul's arrival to the Maltese island circa 60 AD, with flash-forwards of historical remains of the saint still standing. The docu-drama is projected using a new technology of multiple projectors on a 13m long screen (120° viewing). Headsets are available for hearing aid users. 'The Shipwreck' is available in 6 languages; Maltese, English, French, Italian, German and Spanish. Location is at Ta' Paris, Birkirkara. Road signages are installed. Bus Numbers: 41,45,46,54,43,49,48,50,56 leaving from Valletta, stop at Paris bus stop and follow road signs to our attraction. St Claire's chapel is situated near the attraction. We welcome you on board St Paul's voyage from Jerusalem to Rome through our panoramic screen projection.
