We drove it in our rental car leaving Banff at 7:30AM and did not get beck until after 4PM - so much to see! This is an absolutely beautiful drive with many places to stop to take in the marvelous views of mountains, lakes & streams and/or enjoy short hikes. You can see many glaciers on the mountains. We took the drive in mid September and the Aspen trees were a beautiful golden color against the backdrop of green pine trees. Our turning point was at the “Ice Field Center” where we walked up to the glacier. If you wanted to get up close and personal with the ice, tours are available - they take you out onto the glacier on a special bus and let you walk around for a few minutes. A very enjoyable day.

Moraine Lake is one of the main sightseeings in Banff National Park, one of the three national parks, which are close with others: Yoho, and Jasper National Parks. Here it is possible to do some different excursions (we did one, the Consolation Lake Trial about 6 km surrounding the lake and go up to a the other lake), really a wonderful excursion with great views of the lake and surroundings.. Near the lake, there are some natural areas of forest, where you can see also very beautiful views. A Top in (West) Canada!!! In fact, the best views are from a little top in front of Morraine Lake, from where you can see incredible views of the lake and the Valley of Ten Peaks. No trip to Waterton National Park would be complete without a hike to Crypt Lake. It is probably one of the most difficult hikes but it is well worth it. The landscapes are stunning, the views are amazing, the lake itself is one of the most beautiful I have ever soon (and I have traveled all over the world). The trail is full of plants, insects, birds and mammals (mule deer, squirrels, prairie dogs, marmots) The feeling of accomplishment when you complete the hike is genuine. It is a tough hike but anyone with enough determination can do it.

Excellent organisation of the lifts, very smooth operation. Brilliant variety of graded trails which you can work your way through. Good for experienced cyclists, but challenging for the absolute beginner. Worth hiring protective gear if you haven't taken yours. Check when the season starts and finishes before you go. Although it looked busy from the bottom, once on the hill you meet very few people. Worth checking out the various bike hire places for the best deals and booking in advance. Plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby too.

We visited this beach more than any of the others during our stay on the coast. Not only was it smaller than some of the others, but it seemed more sheltered. The rocky outcrops, and a number of close, small islands, however, really made the crashing waves that much more spectacular. The sand was hard...easy walking...and there seemed to be more “treasures” to be found. We loved exploring here, and watching the many surfers who practiced their craft here. And as an added bonus, the sunsets were beautiful. This will definitely be our go-to beach when we return!

Such a fun activity to do when visiting Kelowna! My husband and I rented bikes from Myra Canyon bike rental and spent the morning exploring the paths that take you around the canyon, through caves and over old bridges that were previously used for trains. Would highly recommend!

What a fantastic experience to go down the Whistler Sliding Olympic track, the fastest in the world. In a few second you will reach 125km/h on board of a competition bobsleigh driven by a Pro. I guarantee you will feel the G force. Thank you Kevin for that pure moment of adrenaline. For people who like to experience something new go for it. How many time in your life will you have the oppoturnity to do bodsleigh? For the one who things, it is too expensive and to short, I will say it is less expensive and as fun as sky diving or bungy jumping. Organisation is very good and staff is awsome listen to their briefing and understand the safety rules to enjoy the ride fully. Thank you for the ride guys, I will be back for the Skeleton. I have done many driving tours and campings throughout British Columbia and Alberta in 2019 and the Best for the Year is the Calgary Stampede 2019 in Calgary, Alberta. It is now an Iconic Grand Event and Celebration in Calgary and World Famous. The ten days Rodeo, Exhibition and Celebration provide lots of fun and joyful activities. We enjoyed the City Street Parade and Festival albeit we could had better weather. The Rodeo Shows and Exhibtions were great and a must see and do. The Fair Ground and Food Street are great places for exciting rides and yummy BBQ Ribs and Food. The Evening Show at the Rodeo Stadium were great and spectacular plus the colourful Firework Display. A visit to the City and especailly Chinatown is interesting - surprisingly nice Chinese Food. A must vist place and evemt if one has not done so - Yahoo !
