Disappointing
Reviewed By John SOn arrival by car at the hotel there is no sign for reception; we found someone to ask who pointed us upstairs. We told the person there our name and he confirmed we had a booking and asked how we wanted to pay. We told him it was already prepaid on Expedia! He showed us to our room that was clearly not what we had booked. While the room had a balcony it was tiny, and he left us there. We returned to reception and he then showed us a room that was obviously what we had booked, a superior room with twin beds and balcony but didn't bother to help us move our bags, and no apology. Even though the room size was reasonable, it's layout was quite basic, with curtains that let in most of the light. Bathroom was ok. The included breakfast offered no choices; the waiter, who spoke no English, brought juice, a fried egg with tomatoes, cucumber, meat and cheese. We told him using Google translate we didn't eat meat so he took it off the plate. The next morning, using Google translate we asked instead for scrambled eggs, and coffee latte, using our milk, which they did. The hotel description listed laundry, but they told us that meant they washed their own sheets and towels! After much discussion they agreed to wash a bag of our laundry for EUR10, quite reasonable. Almost no one at the hotel spoke any English, a serious disadvantage. There is plenty of free parking, and the internet was quite acceptable.

Un hôtel qui ne tient pas debout
Reviewed By 986laurefJouissant d'un superbe emplacement un peu à l'extérieur de la ville (de l'autre côté de la rive du fleuve en bordure de Schroder), la vue est magnifique. Un peu de mal à trouvé. Sur le GPS privilégié la destination Shpija e Gjyshit. C'est le même complexe. Côté chambre bien que un peu rustique une petite ambiance chalet de montagne avec un balcon privatif. Du coup peu de place à l'intérieur. Une salle d'eau assez minimaliste. Mais surtout des équipements qui paraissent neufs mais qui s'effondrent à chaques utilisations. Ça gâche un peu. Côté piscine, un peu la même chose. Mais ça reste agréable après les journées de fortes chaleurs. Côté restaurant et petit déjeuner, on est sur du basique sans plus. Côté service c'est plus compliqué. Les serveurs sont un peu étrange. Heureusement que le patron sauve les meubles. Je pense au final que dans cette gamme de prix on peut trouver plus sympa pour séjourner et profiter de la vue lors d'un passage pour boire un verre ou manger le midi.

Good for a short stay
Reviewed By Espionne_RusseI think this place is hard to find, while I was there transport services never knew where to get me or drop me, for it is on a tiny sand and rock street. The owner is super friendly and helpful, the place is super clean and the beds are comfy. The downside is the noise. Doors and walls are like cardboard, you can hear people talking in the other rooms… The entry door makes a loud noise when it closes, the neighbor has a dog that won’t stop barking and there is the mosque and rooster in the morning. If you are a light sleeper like me, this place is not for you. This is sad because otherwise I would recommend this place.

Reviewed By Jon MSmall friendly family run hotel. Great food and clean comfortable rooms and well worth a stay. It's a great place to stay if you want to avoid the overpriced hotels in Koman before you take the ferry from Koman to Fierza.

Reviewed By shkodratourguideThe owners were very friendly and the location is perfect, near the city center and in a very quiet zone. They also knew a very good local tour guide who showed us around the city. You don’t want to miss a guided tour in Shkodra. Definitely would recommend this place. The place was very clean and I think it was newly built. Breakfast was nice, they served pretty much anything you could eat in the morning.

Best vacation ever

I have stayed in a master suite as they called it for just 70€/night couple which is an unbelievable price in august specially.I hope to visit it next year to Really recommend it xoxo

Breakfast is included in the rate and you can order lunch and/dinner during your stay. We will be more than happy to give you a taste of the traditional food and fresh vegetables harvested in our garden.

Great stay
Reviewed By ParisXav75Panorama Guesthouse is great. We enjoyed our stay. Really nice panorama in the mountain. Not so far by walk from Theth’s village but far enough to be quiet... A good and fair enough restaurant 2minutes by walk. Our little girls enjoyed play with Mira’s boy, we have been welcomed as family! Thanks.
