Reviewed By abvehicle BAn excellent b & b. Lovely rooms,spotlessly clean and a congenial host. Good position in the town, everything was walkable and plenty of eateries and bars in the immediate vicinity. I would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent location in Benevento
Reviewed By CatsandPizzaForeverYou can't beat the central location and it's not far from the main train station, maybe a 15 minute walk. The owner did reach out via email before I arrived to inquire about a ride to the B&B which I did not need (though the offer was appreciated). This location was new when I stayed so all furnishings were brand new. The owner was adding things daily to the rooms and the kitchen. The mattress was exceptionally hard and was very uncomfortable. I can't say enough nice things about the owner who was more than happy to fix any issues. I asked for extra pillows because of my bad back and the firmness of the mattress. He put several new pillows on the bed that day! The cleaning staff is friendly and efficient. If you are fine with an extra firm mattress (which some people prefer) and getting breakfast across the street than this location is fine. Staff members at the bar across the street are very nice and they do make excellent cappuccino. If you want an attached bathroom, ask the owner about room alternatives before booking this location. He's very nice. Pros: - Excellent central location - Close to train station - Owner is friendly, helpful, very accommodating, responds quickly to emails - Small kitchen which is well stocked - Everything was very clean - Free wi-fi Cons: - Mattress (on slats) was very hard, which was difficult to sleep on - Breakfast is included with voucher but eaten at a bar across the street - Bathroom, although private, is detached and down the hall which was not specified in the listing

Consigli costruttivi: Scarna la colazione o si migliora o si defalca dal prezzo. Asciugamani in bagno molto datate da cambiare. Inserire x l'utilizzo linea cortesia monodose (saponette e shampo). Migliorabile

Bellissima location
Reviewed By 402claudiovIl B&B si trova in una zona abbastanza centrale del paese ed è semplice da raggiungere. Siamo arrivati in serata e l esterno era ben illuminato e il cortile di ingresso ben curato. L interno ha lasciato me e mia moglie letteralmente stupiti... Una villa semplicemente fantastica. Tutto molto molto bello, arredamento, colori, luci, stile... Le foto parlano da sole. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolti era molto cordiale e gentile. C'è da dire che è stato anche molto disponibile perché a causa di imprevisti, non siamo riusciti a rispettare l orario di check in ma non ci è stato fatto pesare. La nostra camera era ordinata e pulita con accesso ad ampio terrazzo. Il letto molto comodo con la possibilità di climatizzarla. Essendo un B&B non c'è la possibilità di cenare o pranzare però ci è stata data la possibilità di far arrivare cibo dall esterno. Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze che ci sono state consegnate davanti al cancello. La colazione è molto abbondante, niente di artigianale però prodotti di qualità... La vista, soprattutto di sera, è fantastica. Alzando lo sguardo si può ammirare lo spettacolare castello medievale completamente illuminato e abbassando gli occhi si può ammirare il bel giardino curato della struttura. Tutto molto bello ma purtroppo non posso dare 5 stelle per alcuni motivi che vado ad elencare. 1 - bagno unico in comune con l altra camera (in villa ci sono solo due camere matrimoniali) 2 - il clima in camera è molto rumoroso 3 - durante la seconda notte alle 2.00 circa è salito qualcuno dello staff a sistemare il tavolo per la colazione facendo un fracasso infernale perché è caduto forse qualche piatto spaccandosi in mille pezzi facendomi spaventare molto. 4 - assenza totale di frigo sia in camera che Nell intera struttura (se c'è, non ci è stato mostrato) 5 - qualche filo di polvere qua e là... Però niente di allarmante. 6 - terrazzo adiacente camera forse da abbellire un po' e da attrezzare Alcune cose da migliorare ci sono però molto soddisfatti in linea di massima ed è stato un soggiorno piacevole...

Carino il caseggiato, non male le stanze, però bagno piccolo, manca bidet e i bagnoschiuma non sono monouso ma classici flaconi da supermercato che non si capisce se sono della struttura o se sono stati dimenticati dai precedenti ospiti e tavoletta del water da riparare. Colazione con biscotti e brioches confezionate. Non penso di ritornarci
