Let me tell you... Sant'Agata has for shure a great appeal. . It's a medioeval "borgo" that completely draws visitors in a different time. Hungry after a long morning going trough all the little "piazza's", we chose "giardini" because it was just out of town.
The service very personal and friendly, mad me sincerely feel like family, as if I had known Ivana & Michele for years. Ivana creates some of the most delicious dishes I have ever tasted. Her home made pastas were sublimely arranged with the local erbs and funghi; her "secondi piatti", encompasses the local meats and cheeses... my wife opted for vegeterian, she agreed that "giardini" was the best she had ever had.

On the hills of Sant'Agata de 'Goti , at the foot of Monte Taburno , is the ' Farm Buro , a structure surrounded by green Gardens from where you can admire the historic center of Sant'Agata de 'Goti . L ' Agriturismo is composed of two large dining rooms and a veranda. Furnished with taste and attention to detail create a warm and full of light, from whose windows are visible landscape full of olive trees that frame the verdant hills of Sannio. Both the two rooms that are spacious veranda equipped with air conditioning. The beautiful garden is the ideal place to spend your days in complete relaxation, away from the noise of the city. Ponies to ride and the large playground , inside which is also a soccer field, allow children to play in full harmony with nature. Who wants to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the farm, however, will remain to admire the beautiful scenery and especially the ancient town of Sant'Agata dei Goti , one of the most famous of Sannio, full of notable architectural works .

We decided to come here for lunch because of its good reviews. And we are not disappointed. The area was covered in lush green grass, fruit bearing trees, flowers and a great panoramic view. There are swings and benches by the garden area, also a miniature soccer field ideal for kids to hang out and play. We didn't see other animals beside 3 ponies that small children could ride on.
Coming in without any Reservations we already imagined that we wouldn't get any table outside, so we settled inside. The place was full and the service was well organized. We didn't hear or see anyone having a long wait.
The food was very good. Being a little bit picky eaters, they were able to do adjustments and satisfy our palates. They were very cordial and kind about it. Apertizers were great! probably the one i enjoyed best. Typical Italian cheeses, veggies and cold cuts (I personally don't eat ham and its kind so we asked them not to include it in the plate.) First plate was also typical of the are, Ravioli with apples (mele annurca). Pretty sure there was some ham mixed in the ricotta filling. But probably the waiter really doesn't know. Because when we asked he just said straight on that it was only apples. So moving on to second plate. My fiance had a trio of grilled meat. So if you're undecided of which you want to get. Why not taste all three?! The quality of the meat was excellent. For dessert we had babà a typical pastry of Naples and a fig tart with wallnuts. Both were scrumpscious! With it they brought out some fresh cherries (it's cherries season now) and wild fenel liquor. Everything was their own production and of high quality. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.

I visited Pontelandolfo after 40+ years of emigrating abroad. Although many have left, the town still has that historic charm. Landulphi Pup is right off the "piazza". In such a small town of roughly 2000, how can an elegantly designed restaurant/pub exist? The Pub has...MoreGrazie!!

In questo agriturismo le parole d'ordine sono 3: genuinità, abbondanza e pulizia. Il locale adibito per la ristorazione è molto carino, bagni puliti, le pietanze servite sono preparate con i loro prodotti e comunque con prodotti locali di alta qualità. Tutto è saporito e cucinato in maniera genuina e tradizionale. Dagli antipasti alle grigliate di carne. La pasta è rigorosamente fatta a mano. Il vino è ottimo, i dolci squisiti. Tutto condito con la cordialità del titolare e del personale. Porzioni abbondantissime. Prezzi ottimi. Si torna a casa davvero soddisfatti. Consigliato vivamente!

I have been lucky enough to go to on holiday in that lovely town. On top of the town there is a lovely square and secluded like a precious gem i discovered this amazing restaurant. every detail was perfect. Amazing local products the dinner was served on a beautiful Terrace with a view...it almost fell like a movie...so good!

We had a large group to celebrate for several retirees at Melograno. The meal and atmosphere were perfect for the occasion. Pietrelcina is a very small town--my wife and I visited because my father, Vincenzo, was born there 104 years ago. C'era una volta (Once upon a time) was a great find--wonderful food, good wine, and a welcoming atmosphere.

E' riduttivo elogiare le pietanze... Quello che eccelle è la fantastica presenza del proprietario Antonio e la sua dolce moglie Daniela. E' coadiuvato splendidamente in sala dalla collaboratrice Giovanna. Cordialità, simpatia e tanta tanta disponibilità. Ci sono state serviti antipasti ottimi, primi piatti con pasta fresca e tagliata di carne eccellente. Consiglio IL CENACOLO assolutamente per trascorrere delle ore come se si fosse a casa propria ma in un ottima location.Complimenti!!!

The menu can be a little repetitive if you are staying for a week but as a result of the small menu we were able to try most of the meals available. The main courses and Deserts are well thought out and absolutely delicious. Everything from the combinations to the presentation to the beautiful décor makes for a great dining experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.
A special thank you to our brilliant waiters during our stay from 25th June to 2nd July - all very hard working, helpful and lovely!

wow!love this agriturismo.the rooms overlook the grounds..immersed in the hills of morcone.it is always refreshing to see the animals in their natural environment.Dino,the owner and chef is simply..THE BEST.amazing..his passion for genuine products is unstoppable.always ginding and offering the most natural possible.he makes most everything using his own ingredients.and the dishes he makes are not only 100% natural and delicious..they are also creative.you can see the love in everything he makes.each time is better than the last..unbelievble.WOW!!
