Reviewed By danishiA small boutique hotel. Very nice, clean rooms. Walking distance from Tam Coc downtown (and boat tour, restaurants etc). Perfect and quiet location. They offer rental bikes and motorcycles. And can arrange mini bus to Hanoi (picking up and dropping off at your hotel - maybe to other cities as well, did not verify). Definitely recommend it

Perfect for small scale seminars

The hotel is clean, location is convenient (1h30 from Hanoi), it has a warm "family-like" atmosphere, the food is tremendous and almost any type of recreational activities (cycling, visits, etc.) can be organised on the spot by the managers. Moreover, the meeting room is just perfect for up to 25 people, offering an informal, yet very professional, setup which has always been highly appreciated by staff and partners.

If you think about one smile can change your day, that’s the right place to be! Ruyan, the owner is a sweetheart! She is so nice, funny, her laughs are contagious. Please, ask to have a dinner there, the food is so delicious and it is a banquet! The rooms are big and super clean! Super well located! Everything perfect! ?

Green peace bungalow is one of the newest bungalow in Tam cốc- Ninh binh. It is considered as the heart of the Tam coc- Ninh Binh. Moving easily to all landscapes , take the bus, or eating with around 20 restaurants. Location: not on the main road so extremely quiet, but only 50m from the main road. extremely convenient for moving, shopping, dining. You do not worry about being isolated in one place. Services: We have a full of services likes bus tickets, trains, motorbikes, bicycles, laundry, food ... Come to us you absolutely receive the warm welcome and the enthusiastic help from the staff. Facilities: We have full facilities. Special super soft cushion, two-way air conditioner, refrigerator, hot water ... are the outstanding facilities. Host: Host is extremely cute, friendly, always willing to help you 24 / 24h. Give you good advice for the trip. Host also is a great cook. Space: bungalows are surrounded by small gardens, peaceful, fresh.
Excellent Bungalow Outstanding Family
Reviewed By martinsonohanaJulia and her family helped make our stay in Tam Coc both very enjoyable and relaxing. She was also very good about making our family feel at home. She has small kids too and was fun to have the kids playing together. Our room was very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of four. Breakfast was good and the pancakes were the best we have had in Vietnam so far. Location is great, easy walk to boat tours, groceries, food, market, etc. Kids and us also enjoyed walking around the residential streets near the bunglaows. Julia even reached out to us to let us know we forgot a cell phone and then went out of her way to mail it to us. Green Peace was recommended to us from our stay in Mien Hue Cat Ba and we were very happy with our stay. We truly enjoyed Julia, her family, and the bungalow.

Outstanding
Reviewed By evano987Tam Coc Tropical Homestay left nothing to be desired. The family that runs it is very kind and accommodating. The room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary (eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, juice and coffee) but it was served fresh with a big smile. Bicycles and motor scooters were available for rent at very fair prices. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the area. The location was great and the owner provided helpful information about sightseeing in the area. One note, Booking.com had "shared bathroom" listed as a feature, but the room we rented had its own clean private bathroom. It's possible that not every unit has a bathroom but the other two guests I spoke to also had private bathrooms.

Reviewed By Stephen GThis is a new beautiful homestay in Tam Coc area, just 05 minutes walk to Tam Coc boat pier by walking, 15 minutes by motobike to Mua Cave and 20 minutes to Trang An, Hoa Lu accient capital. Nice and clean room with beautiful swimming pool. Staff is kind and helpful.

Reviewed By JohhdrExpensive price for bad food, terrible services, too small resort, ugly view, hot swimming pool. We are complete disappointed. We will never come back again. It is 4 stars resort but I think it can be rate as 2 stars only.

Very friendly family and nice bungalows
Reviewed By YvyD1We had a very pleasant stay with this super nice family. We stayed for 2 nights to visit the nearby Cuc Phuong park. The family is very welcoming and make you feel right at home. They also serve nice local food whenever you want. We rented a motorbike from the owner to explore, gas included. The bungalows are very spacious, mosquito nets provided. The owner also helped us to book a local bus back to Hanoi that picked us up in front of the homestay. Beware of the little kitten running around that cuddels with everyone haha. We highley reccomend this place when exploring this area and the cuc phuong park. Note: you can book either a bungalow with this family or a ground floor hotel room (same grounds, different name on maps).

One criticism, the chairs in the bedroom are too small for foreigners..I couldn't fit so we put them outside...lovely owner please note we are bigger than Vietnamese people!
