The hotel didn’t answer our multiple messages, just ignoring our questions. Hotel phone main line on answering machine.

Highly recommend
Reviewed By Michael KVery nice, smaller hotel. At a quiet end of the beach in Le Diamant and direct access to beach. Hotel seems quite new, rooms are nice and bed good. Restaurant good, both for lunch and breakfast (including made-2-order egg dishes). Pool nice. One small nit-pick (just to find one) is that there is no real view of ocean from pool due to cabanas between pool and beach.

Amazing place to stay
Reviewed By theshepherd1This is an excellent value in Martinique. The room was very comfortable with amazing views of the ocean and mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always looking to go above and beyond. There is a beach and shops and restaurants all within walking distance (within 20 mins). We would love to stay here again when we return.

The Residence Plocus is located in the city center of Fort de France, 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes walk from the ferry pier, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nearby attractions: shopping, restaurants, supermarket ect ... An airport shuttle is available upon reservation.
Dirty, expensive and disappointing
Reviewed By IstvansajtiWe spent only one night in Residence Plocus this January since we had a 30 hours layover in Martinique. Cannot say much, but the whole place is dirty, full of spiders and other insects. Fridge was not working and our bed sheet had stains and blood on it. We had a terrible night slept only a few hours and left. I gave two points, because the receptionist guy was really helpful and nice, it is not him to blame, but the house keeping staff. Ps: there are working girls sitting on chairs in the front of the hotel, which didn't add much to its' atmosphere. I'd rather spend a few euros more to find a better accomodation next time.

Es passt einfach alles
Reviewed By sarahrT8486SEWir waren 5 Tage dort. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. In der Küche ist alles, was man braucht. Eine dolce Gusto für den Kaffee ist auch da. Wir hatten eine große Terrasse mit offener Küche. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand!die Lage der Unterkunft ist ruhig und Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch vorhanden. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Danke dafür :)

Mais car il y a un "mais", contrairement à ce qui était annoncé, il n'y avait pas d'internet dans les logements; il fallait aller près du logement du propriétaire pour capter quelque chose. Nous avons eu un logement très bruyant car on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le logement d'à côté. Sinon, les logements sont très bien équipé; il y a vraiment un effort à ce niveau. L'endroit est assez commode pour une visite du centre de l'île.
