Eishockey WM 2019 - 4 Tage übernachtet - Preis- & Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten
Reviewed By ueberallaufderweltIm Rahmen der Eishockey WM hatten wir ein günstiges Zimmer für 2 Personen schon Monate im voraus gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr günstig (16,50€ je Person je Nacht -> somit 33€ je Nacht für 2 Personen) und liegt in einem Studentenwohnheim. Im Studentenwohnheim gibt es einen Gästebereich, hier findet man die Zimmer. Als wir ankamen, fragten wir, wo wir parken können. Der "Pförtner" des Studentenwohnheims teilte uns mit, wo wir hinfahren mussten (zeigte es auf der Überwachungskamera). Gesagt getan: Im Hinterhof Auto sicher abgestellt. Am Empfang gemeldet. Das Anmeldeformular sollten wir ausfüllen. Der Pförtner sprach kein englisch, deutsch, ungarisch. Verständigung also mit Zeigen, Händen und Füßen. Anmeldeformular sollten wir klar und deutlich ausfüllen. Gab dann den ersten "blöden" Kommentar, da meine Frau etwas ausgebessert hat. Dann ging es an die Bezahlung mit Karte. Der Preis sollte plötzlich 26,50€ pro Person und Nacht betragen wegen der Eishockey-WM. Sprich: 53€ statt 33€ die Nacht... Ich habe dann meine Buchungsbestätigung gezeigt und gesagt, dass das fix und bestätigt ist. Nachdem mir dann im Schneckentempo mehrfach durchgerechnet wurde, dass der Preis höher ist, habe ich gesehen, dass auf seiner ausgedruckten Übersicht der Preis 16,50€ bei meiner Buchung stand. Da wir einen Freund haben, der slowakisch spricht (immer nicht schlecht für Plan B), haben wir ihn angerufen und als Übersetzer verwendet. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Nach Telefonat mit seiner Chefin, wurde schließlich der Preis akzeptiert und so von mir per Karte bezahlt. Grundlegend sehr "knurrige" Empfangsherren. Ohne heimische Sprachkenntnisse alles sehr mühevoll. Zur Not vllt. eine Studenten schnappen und übersetzen lassen. Nach einer halben Stunde konnten wir dann zu unserem Zimmer. Also: Uns wurde erklärt, wo wir hinmüssen. Durch einen langen Gang rechts weg in Bereich C, ganz nach hinten durch, fand man den extra abgeschlossenen Gästebereich. Die Zimmer sind sehr oldschool. Die Betten waren im Grunde wie jeweils eine 2er Couch. Bettbezug, Bettdecke und Kissen gibt es im Bettkasten bzw. Couchkasten. Schlafen konnte man ok. Es war auf jeden Fall sehr ruhig. Preis/Leistung war für dann 33€ für 2 Personen die Nacht absolut in Ordnung. Service unterirdisch. Stand heute habe ich die Zimmer wieder für 50€ gefunden. Das wäre absolut überzogen für diesen Service. Für uns hat es für die 4 Nächte für die Eishockey-WM zum Schlafen gereicht. Weg zum Stadion und in die kleine Innenstadt waren knapp 2km. Somit die Lage auch ok. WLAN funktionierte solala. Man musste sich immer wieder neu einloggen. Schnell ist anders. TV-Livestream über WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Auf Grund der Behandlung und den aktuellen Online-Preisen muss ich leider 2 Punkte abziehen. Wer günstig übernachten möchte, kostenfreien Parkplatz für sein Auto haben möchte, gut zu Fuss ist und einen passenden Preis online findet, slowakisch spricht oder sich zu helfen weis, wird hier fündig. Wie erwähnt: Es ist eigtl. ein Studentenwohnheim, kein Hotel oder B&B. Alles eher "befriedigend".

Reviewed By egoista74Veľmi príjemné prostredie a príjemný personál. Mali vynikajúce lokalne vinko. Škoda, že tu to končí. Osobne si myslím, že tento podnik má veľký potenciál. Kuchyňu sme nestihli koštúť možno žiaľ, možno šťastie, ale čo som videl na tanieroch šťastie. Zariadenie izby nestálo za veľa takže žiaden luxsus nečakajte. Ale to čo som napísal v úvode všetko zlé v dobrom vyváži.

Kuzyn miał przyjęcie weselne tydzień temu i zostaliśmy bardzo źle potraktowani przez menadżera jeden z przykładów, Szwagier nie miał sztuców do posiłku zgłosił to menadżerowi a ten mu odpowiedział że to nie jego problem i podobnych sytuacji było dużo.

V súčasnosti najlepšie ubytovanie v Rožňave
Reviewed By MiroSvorcSelfness hotel je momentálne najlepšie, čo do ubytovacích služieb Rožňava poskytuje. Hotel sa nachádza v novej vilovej štvrti na juhu Rožňavy asi 1,5km od centra. V blízkom okolí je nákupné centrum i reštaurácia. Ubytovanie je v 5 domčekoch. Na jednom konci majú dom domáci. Na druhom je recepcia a malá telocvičňa. Oproti hosťovským domčekom bývajú rovnako domáci. Všetko je čisté, útulné a voňavé. Okolie lemujú jablone. Vzadu je ihrisko s basketbalovým košom. Na voľnú plochu je možné si požičať pingpongový stôl. Domček pre bývanie tvorí predsieň a jedna veľká miestnosť, ktorá je spálňou, kuchyňou i obývačkou zároveň. Páry majú manželskú posteľ, deti sú na rozťahovacom gauči. Ubytovať 4-5 ľudí nie je teda problém. Kuchynka je plne vybavená. V kúpeľni sú dve umývadlá a dokonca aj automatická práčka. Televízor v obývačke má dve ovládacie skrinky. Jedna je pre zahraničné stanice, druhá pre Slovenské. No vyzerá, že len tv stanice, ktoré sú zdarma, čiže ich veľa nie je. Alebo som zvyšok nedokázal naladiť. Samozrejmosťou je wifi signál pre internet. Miestnosť je chladená cez steny. Neviem, či je to nejaká novinka, ale účinná veľmi nie je. Chýba klimatizácia, v izbe je len ventilátor. Cez to všetko izbu je problém vyvetrať a môže sa stať za pár rokov, že sa v nej bude držať vlhkosť. Každý druhý deň pani domáca vymieňa uteráky na požiadanie a podľa potreby dopĺňa šampóny, či toaletný papier. Hotel ponúka raňajky v podobe malých švédskych stolov. Polpenzia v meste Rožňava neexistuje. Platí sa vopred. Pri odchode sa potom kľúče hodia do zabezpečenej schránky. Takéto ubytovanie v Rožňave chýbalo. Kvalitu dokazuje zahraničná klientela ubytovaná v domčekoch. Škoda len, že o5 prišli na nápad prilákať lepšími službami turistov na Gemer zahraniční (maďarskí) majitelia a nie Slováci.

A big disappointment!!!
Reviewed By _T9876NBWe have heard a lot about this horse farm. When we traveled with our 4 children, we wanted to include horseback riding in our travel. We arrived at the farm and the owner lady told us that they were full that day but that we could arrive the next morning. The owner of the place offered 10 o'clock am and because we slept some distance from the farm I suggested the 11 o'clock. We agreed that we would arrive sometime between 10 and 11 in the morning and ride for an entire hour throughout the "Slovak Paradise". The next day, upon our departure towards the horse farm, I sent a message to the owner of the place that we are expected to arrive around 10:45 and she replied back: "OK". To our disappointment when we arrived the man waiting for us was angry and impatient and suddenly announced that we were late so we will ride only half an hour and not a full hour as promised. All our attempts to explain to the man that this was agreed with the owner of the place and that she even sent "ok" confirming for us to arrive at 10:45 were unsuccessful and finally he announced unilaterally: No riding! And went to tie the horses back. Needless to say how much our children were disappointed! So I warn everyone not to go near this not-so-nice place that does not value tourists and that does not know how to give service and keep promises. I have a record of all the posts for whoever wants.

Accommodation in double rooms with possibility of extra bed. Each room is equipped with shower and toilet.. The total capacity of the accommodation facility: 10 rooms, 30 beds. The restaurant and the common areas are also perfectly suitable for family celebrations, weddings or birthdays with a maximum capacity of 60 chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Reviewed By Veronika SVery beautiful and clean place. Owners and staff are very nice. Gastronomy is fantastic! If you have opportunitie go there for a 100%. Location is very silent and its good for families. They have also pretty playground for kids. ;)

Reviewed By gauner75Historisches Gebäude unmittelbar an der Hlavna und somit sehr schön zentral gelegen. Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft verfügt über eigene Parkgelegenheit. Es handelt sich hierbei um Apartments. Somit wird kein Frühstück angeboten. Es gibt aber ausreichend gastronomisches Angebot im Umfeld. Unterkunft ist für Touristen und Geschäftreisende zu empfehlen.
