We have 4 deluxe rooms which consists of a living room, a bed room , a dressing room and a modern bathroom. We have one dorm room with consists of 4 queen size luxury beds and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with TV's. Deluxe rooms have a mini bar & Air conditioner.

Reviewed By Fearless552294Hv stayed in RIYAVAR Luxury Homestay @ Coorg in mid May'22....we were 02 families.... enjoyed their exceptional hospitality...The owner Mrs Shilpa & her husband Mr Vinay were always there to help & guide us ... the staff they hv r very polite & soft spoken especially Mr Kartik who looks after the guests. Kartik also escorted us to visit the estate, coffee plantation, boating & river view... Property is too good with spick & span rooms , bed sheets , bath rooms etc. Overall we all enjoyed our stay & highly recommend to stay.

Pathetic condition of hotel
Reviewed By kumarpaljVery small and pathetic condition of rooms. The photos they show on website is completely different. The washroom is so small that you couldnt fit in. The person on reception is rude. The bed has very bad smell and there were many insects in the room.

Arrived super last minute after a long road trip from Mumbai and was welcomed by Oli the manager, super nice dude who made us feel welcome and brought out a cold beer for me to cool down with. Him and his wife run the place with German efficiency (he’s from Germany) and the local staff are excellent. Really nice guys. We decided to go for the cottage, which was absolutely lovely. Clean and well presented, with everything you need when in a warm climate. Situated in a beautiful garden with winding paths that lead you around, I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The food was healthy, nutritious and tasty, the massages were therapeutic and the staff was genuinely courteous. Great place to find your bearings if you want to take a break from your stressful life. We felt so close to nature yet comfortable and well taken care of. The cricket pitch was a delight and the co-promoter, Rucha, herself spent considerable time with us ensuring we were comfortable. The consulting ayurvedic doctor on campus, Dr Manjula was fantastic and her suggestions are what we have taken back. We also learned new Yoga pranayams and Yoga nidra which we are following regularly. Truly memorable stay and we look forward to coming again.

Reviewed By mansethiaStayed overnight as landed late in Bangalore. Had booked online...surprisingly was given a twin bed room even though we had mentioned we are a couple with a kid. Upon insistence they laid an extra bed on the floor. Room was spacious and decor was ok. Staff was courteous, food was very average. Overpriced for the charge paid. More like a highway hotel.

Reviewed By Ootytraveller123We stayed here as a couples for one night stay. Place is very calm but outer on the city on te bye pass. I have called up the property before 1 week to make a booking , I had a flight on the next day morning so we had booked a room for night stay. It was perfectly an awesome stay rooms were neat and clean. Hospitality of the staffs were a step ahead. Once you tell your plan no need to follow up again everything was arranged on time including airport drop and pickup. No words of comparison definitely will stay back again while visiting Mysore. A Special mention to Aquib whon made our stay and itenary to go smooth. Really appreciated. Thanks to the entire Dawn team for their hospitality and good services.

Property needs renovation, the staff though are excellent
Reviewed By Devarajan612We had booked the Maharaja package and our experience was not that pleasant. Positives - 1. The cottage was BIG - with a wide sit-out space 2. The property is huge and they have a battery cart to ferry guests between the room and the reception 3. Property is dotted with lot of trees, esp. Mango - it was a beautiful sight. There were also a lot of hammocks provided at many spots inside the property 4. The swimming pool was well maintained 5. Food was good - the buffet had a decent spread 6. Staff - this is the BIGGEST plus of this place. We were well attended to - right from check-in till we checked out 7. Though the jungle (jeep) safari - that comes with the package - is mentioned to be a 3 hour one, the staff took an additional 45 mins to try to sight a big cat (we couldn't spot one, though another jeep in our group did manage to spot a panther). The staff were knowledgeable about the birds and animals that we did manage to spot. Cons - 1. The rooms needs renovation - there are huge cracks running across the walls and the main door was rickety. It rained in the night and there was a big gap in the door due to which lot of bugs/insects entered the room. Hope the management fixes this ASAP 2. Though the itinerary mentioned a bon-fire, it was cancelled after a light drizzle (of 5 mins). They could have waited for the rain to abate 3. The recreation room (underneath the reception/dining area) needs repair
