The 10 Best Spas & Wellness in Yorkville, Canada

December 1, 2021 Kelli Reichel

We've heard Toronto described as "New York City run by the Swiss," and it's true—you can find world-class theater, shopping and restaurants here, but the sidewalks are clean and the people are friendly. The best place to start is literally at the top—the CN Tower, the tallest freestanding structure in the Western Hemisphere.

This isn't the first time coming to this spa but nor do I visit on a regular basis - even though I would like to. The services are high quality as are the staff and estheticians. It's small and private, quiet and relaxing. Facials with Marie Nguyen are lovely and massages by Chrystal, a registered therapist, are therapeutic and a great escape from the day to day. I enjoy the pool and steam room while I'm there as well. Highly recommended - they also call you back within a reasonable amount of time after leaving a message.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very well organized except for some of the corner suites that have a weird shaped bathrooms. The food from room service is very good. The restaurant is noisy so we avoid it. We have eaten there once and the food was good but it’s too noisy to eat there regularly. The art in the restaurant is also not our taste but nice enough atmosphere overall otherwise. This is the flagship Four Seasons hotel that replaced the classic original hotel in Yorkville. In some ways it is not as sweet as the old hotel but it is much more contemporary with very nice and efficient rooms. We have become used to it but we miss some of the charm of the old hotel. One thing that is exceptional is the pool area. The pool and jacuzzi are great. The atmosphere is superb. Overall I would recommend the hotel for rooms, location, pool area and service. It’s our choice when we visit Toronto.
