I have a very physical and intense job that involves a lot of impact injuries and tightening of my muscles. Since I have been coming to see Izabela, my injuries have rapidly repaired and I am feeling generally more relaxed and supple. She is very professional and listens to your individual needs. She has the strength to carry out deep tissue massages to an impressive standard and her friendly and welcoming approach makes you feel instantly at ease. I would fully recommend her to anyone for either sports massages or any other relaxation treatments that you may require. Her venue is kept extremely clean and is very comfortable. Fully recommended!!

I booked a spa, treatments and afternoon tea for family and friends for my daughters 21st birthday. From the first contact with Rhianna and Toni they were professional, caring and considerate. I booked treatments with ease and the payment process was simple and efficient. On the day we were given a warm welcome by both ladies and the treatments were out of this world. Everyone said they were amazing. We will definitely book again and thank you so much for a fantastic day. Ang and family

My husband booked this as we were visiting Nottingham to see the Strictly Come Dancing Show. The Spa is small but very relaxing with welcoming and attentive staff. My facial and massage by my therapist Jo were first class, she was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. She put me completely at my ease which is just what you want from a spa experience. Lunch was lovely and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely recommend to try this place out. I started with a ten day unlimited pass and I’ve been hooked every since. Yoga mat provided and they have classes at all times of the week/day. Each teacher brings her own personal experience, love it!

Really enjoyed our spa day. Had a leisurely swim, steam room and jacuzzi. But we didn't try the sauna room but I'm sure it's nice. Nice relaxing atmosphere and enjoyed chatting to other people too. Also enjoyed our complimentary refreshments. We both enjoyed it very much.

I recently had my appointment with Claire after hairdressers opened. A very long waited render-vous as my hair roots had grown a lot, my greys as well. But there is nothing that could stand in Claire's way. I have had a few hair sessions with her the past few months and she never disappoints. My hair look healthy, shiny and wavy even though it been a couple of days since our last appointment. The colour looks perfect even though I had asked something challenging for my hair type. Everyone from my social cycle as well as my family say that my hair looks absolutely stunning! Thank you so much Claire! <3
