Great service from the start and special shout outs to Nikola, on the main stage bar, who makes the perfect Pina Colada, and Nora and Anna on the entertainment team, who were great with our children! Perfect hotel for families and couples alike, couldn’t have asked for more. Great food with plenty of selection for even the fussiest of eaters. 10/10

Drinks - struggled to get one i liked as everything was super sweet -the hotel really need to look into this as most people i spoke to were the same. Food ok but very repetitive entertainment at night just awful Reception staff were not a welcoming bunch , not informative at all

The location of Palmon is absolutely stunning, not only does the pool offer wonderful views of the hills and the bay but there is a private beach area, too. Staff were attentive and friendly. We had a deluxe room which was nice and clean with a wonderful shower and a balcony. Only quibble is that our booking said we would have a sofa bed and the third bed was actually a small single trundle that wasn’t particularly comfortable for an adult. The main bed was huge and very comfortable. Air con was brilliant. There was also no kettle which we found odd. Would have loved to have had a morning coffee sat on the balcony. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner included. There was a decent amount of choice (we loved the potatoes!) some odd breakfast options like boiled veg but perhaps this is just a cultural difference? Meat was also very hit and miss. Bacon and sausages in the mornings both had lots of hard fatty lumps in. As for the local area, there’s a brilliant restaurant a couple of doors down with an outside seating area overlooking the beach. A short walk brings you to a lively area with bars, shops, and restaurants. There are also a couple of vendors offering boat trips, I believe the hotel also offers these although we used an outside company. Palmon’s pool area and beach were spotlessly maintained and so beautiful, we really enjoyed just relaxing poolside for most of the week. The spa is great also, with a salt pool, sauna, salt room, and more. We went without our kids for an escape but all said we would return with them. Thanks for a great time!

TUI Holiday Experience
Reviewed By MarkCFromWiltshireThe flights to and from our destination had no hot food or sandwiches so we had to supply our own. On arrival at Tivat airport we found ourselves stranded as no taxi was waiting to transfer us to the hotel as requested and there was no TUI representative present or contactable to assist, so we had to make our own arrangements at a cost of 30 euors to get to the hotel. The TUI rep finally met us on Tuesday but cancelled their second visit planned for the Saturday. The hotel did not have an information pack in English and we were told we had to use the app, this wasn't explained before we left the UK. In order to access the TUI app we had to either pay for phone data or use the unsafe hotel wifi which is a position we should not have been put into by TUI. We were constantly being spammed by emails trying to sell excursions or extras but this masked the important emails with key information and a right pain when trying to find that information. The hotel was only partially open with two of the bars closed, the lounge bar and snack bar were not active although hotel information said they would be from April. During our stay there were several conferences / parties which also took over parts of the hotel, the area with panoramic views of the old town and sea adjacent to the aperitif bar, making it unavailable for all bar two days of our stay. Cleaning quality wasn't brilliant and we were awoken each morning around 6:45 by the cleaners congregating in their breakout room and corridor a short distance from ours, together with a VERY strong smell of smoke coming into our room from that area. There was NO entertainment although the holiday information supplied said there was. It transpired that the entertainment listed was actually a casino with no affiliation to the hotel what so ever, which wasn't even open for the duration of our stay. Inclusive drinks were only available from the aperitif bar and main restaurant during sittings, all other open areas such as the beach bar and pool bar were chargeable. The all inclusive food was only available from the main restaurant at the set sittings, all other areas were chargeable. The quality of the food was in general OK but selection very limited and repetitive. If eating outside on the balcony of the restaurant you were plagued by pigeons and other birds trying to steal your food. Staff associated with the hotel were in general miserable with only a couple of exceptions, this was a total opposite to outside of the hotel where people were in general very friendly. The hotel needs some maintenance undertaken with areas showing signs of neglect. The hotel location and surrounding areas were very good and quality of pools good also.

Reviewed By ENTELA FWe had a two-night weekend stay at this hotel and everything was perfect, beginning with the reservation experience we had with Mr. Vadimir Prlja who suggested us the appropriate accommodation and continuing with the newly renovated rooms, so comfortable and clean and very well equipped! The indoor and outdoor pools, the SPA and Gym, were also so nice and clean! Definitely one of the best Hotels in Budva, Montenegro!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful they really care about your stay! The food menu could be updated as there were items on it not available as it was last years menu..... Rooms were good and comfortable with a decent sized fridge which was very useful, Perhaps a mid weekly clean and bed change would be nice Wifi is available in the hotel and closest bungalows but doesn't reach the whole complex but overall a fantastic stay Thank you!

Reviewed By ZviktBoravio sam u hotelu "Velika plaža" u terminu 22-29.07.2019. godine. Nakon renoviranja uslovi smještaja su znatno poboljšani. Sobe su, izgleda nedavno, generalno uređene. Oprema u sobama je ispravna. Klima radi besprekorno. Ima novi TV ali je mali broj kanala, svega 6. Poželjno bi bilo da sljedeći put bude kablovska TV. Internet ima ali je često signal slab. Kreveti u sobama su veoma udobni. Tople vode ima non stop, 24 časa dnevno. U hotelskoj sobi ima i frižider manje veličine i snage. Osoblje hotela je iz Crne Gore i Srbije i veoma je profesionalno i ljubazno. Hrana u restoranu je veoma ukusna, raznovrsna i uvijek adekvatno zagrijana. Šef restorana je Todorović iz CG, a glavni konobar je Stamenković iz Prokuplja. Šef restorana i konobari su veoma profesionalni, kulturni i ljubazni u ophođenju sa gostima. Ambijent u kome se nalaze objekti je veoma prijatan. Parking prostor je veoma prostran i auto je moguće parkirati u hladovini stabala. Dodatni sadržaji koje hotel pruža su skromni, ali sasvim zadovoljavajući ako se ima u vidu cijena. Najbliže pješčane plaže Mojito i Bijela plaža su izvanredne. Veoma su čiste, svakodnevno ih po više puta obilaze redari i posjeduju izvrstan mobilijar u opštem smislu -atraktivni suncobrani sa ležaljkama i sunđerima, čista morska voda, tuševi sa slatkom vodom, plažni kafić i restoran, kao i vrhunsko točeno pivo: danski tuborg, jelen pivo, nikšićko pivo, ..., razni sokovi iz rashladnih vitrina, sladoledi, krofne, kuvani i pečeni kukuruz, zaslađeno voće, spoljne kabine za presvlačenje, tobogani za djecu, ljuljaške za mlade, veliki šlaufi za vožnju gliserima, ... Pored plaže Mojito ima slobodna plaža na kojoj se može postaviti sopstveni suncobran, ležaljka ili samo peškir, po sopstvenom izboru. Naravno, to je besplatna plaža. Tokom dana, kada se pijesak na plaži ugrije do usijanja, bez obzira na broj kupača, plažom se širi veoma prijatan miris. Vreli pijesak, morska slana voda i lagani povjetarac stvaraju nevjerovatno prijatan ugođaj. Miris najljepšeg parfema se može udisati punim plućima. Samo treba leći na plažu, zažmuriti i disati. Stvarno izuzetno prijatan ugođaj. Vrhunski ambijent. Kupači na plaži, spasioci i redari, svi su veoma korektni. Na plaži vlada harmonija. Iz obližnjeg kafića se čuje muzika za ples. Na plaži, uz kafić, često se plešu razni latinoamerički plesovi. To je najčešće ples stotinjak kupača raznih generacija iako ima i profesionalnih plesača. U 18 sati na razglas se pušta himna "Hej Sloveni" bivše velike Jugoslavije. Posjetioci plaže, većina njih, ustaje na himnu. To je posebno sentimentalan čin, posebno za one koji se bivše Juge rado sjećaju.
