Reviewed By dickysafriadiA great novotel in manado. This hotel meet all the accor standard. The hotel is located half way from the airport to manado city centre. Its very peaceful and quiet. Hotel also have a golf course turning the environment very green and relaxing. Im staying at the suite. The room is very spacious. It also have many amenities thats we need. The staffs are all very friendly. The front office, restaurant and house keeping staffs are all very friendly and chatty. I had dinner at the restaurant this stay, the food is good and tasty too. From i arrived, manager on duty, prilly makes sure everything is to my liking and properly working. She Thank you for making my stay very comfortable and memorable Ms. Prilly and team. As an accor plus platinum i also received all the benefits here. Its a lovely stay, lovely hotel. I definitely will come back and recommend them.

Location is the only positive thing about this hotel.
Reviewed By Lesza LThe service is totally poor. I didn't have any complementary water inside my room. There were only empty dispenser in front of my door. The room is quite outdated, no hot water, the AC in my room was not functioning properly. The only positive about this hotel is the location. Perfect to escape from your daily activity, has a good outdoor view, a very large view including the ocean and mangrove jungle, even though you need an extra effort by walking about 1km to reach it. It has potential, but for now, two stars is almost overrated.

Service is great and they helped us with all of our questions. - The quarantine here went very smooth. Pcr's, transport and meals in the room. The food is plentiful and very tasty. - The rooms are big, clean and comfy. And the garden is beautiful. Worth the money. This made our stay here just perfect! Highly recommended.

Reviewed By kuyoitsmybabyI was with them only 3 days, but it was like unforgettable for me. At first I was afraid because in general, beachside resorts have a lot of sun and it will be hot. But do you know? not at all. There is just a cool area and I love it. Their boss Oli is always smiling and greeting, and you will find a true leader if you see him here. He didn't restrain the staff, rebuked them with a smile if they were wrong and would let them relax when they were out of work. I don't know but I think this is one of the magic you can see here. I salute him. I think that's the reason why other guests always say the staff at Celebes Divers are lovely, because their leader is more than lovely. The food was delicious and beautifully arranged. The chefs do a great job. The rooms are clean and fragrant, there are open beds before we sleep, always checking and maintaining cleanliness. There was only a slight problem with the wifi while I was with them (lost or disconnected) but what internet do you expect from a small island ? Because of the beauty of this place I can tolerate the problem (although a little uncomfortable for me).

Reviewed By jeffgW5502MFDriving up, the outside of the hotel looks nice. It's large and pretty impressive. The lobby is nice, as well. But, my room was not nice.....a/c was weak, towels were old, bed was decent, TV had almost no channels, and the WIFI was weak. I would've left, if I hadn't prepaid for the room. Made it through the night and went to breakfast. Found out that I only qualified for the "express" breakfast, which was a really skimpy Indonesian breakfast. Honestly, it would have been better for me if they just didn't offer that breakfast option....just irritated me and confirmed that I'll never choose to stay here again. Just decided to pass and go to Starbucks at the airport. Trust me, find somewhere else to stay in Manado.

Rooms are incredibly charming, spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and romantic. Very picturesque and perfectly groomed every day. Food is gourmet and ever meal was above and beyond. It’s easy to eat too much here because every bite is amazing. The home reef is the best I’ve seen. Pristine and well cared for. Perfect for both snorkeling and scuba diving. I’ve typed the entire region and this is my favorite spot. You can walk right off the beach into an underwater paradise.
