Reviewed By Votrung99At the point of writing this, 1 usd = 23,198vnd according to google. The staff is very friendly. They do all they can to meet my request. Eg they changed the room for me for a bigger bed once they knew I travelled alone (When I booked, the booking agent page did not have queen size bed room). Or later when I received a box of fish, they helped me to do a make-shift handle. That helped me to carry the box easily to the airport. The room and view is fantastic. The room is spacious (yet cozy) has floor to ceilling glass window with sea view. The toilet is big and has bathtub. Very comfortable and relaxing in the room. The facilities are great. The swimming pool has good view. The spa is clean and relaxing and their masseuse are professional. I thought is quite affordable too. The cheapest package is less than 35usd for 60 minutes full body massage. If you asked them, they would politely say tip was optional. And they would treat you with the same attention whether you gave them tip or not. However I will encourage you to give them 5-10usd tip as it s quite tiring to do 60-90minutes of massage. I gave 20usd for my 90-minute massage and the masseuse was super appreciative. The location is super convenient. It s along the main road Tran Phu, accessible to a lot of attraction. They even have an underground tunnel from the hotel to the beach for a 2-5 minutes walk (depending on your speed). The price of food in the hotel is affordable not marked up as much for their level of premium brand. Eg 1 bowl of squid noodle is 3.5usd. 1 can of Heineken is 1usd. This is cheaper than Ho Chi Minh city airport or other restaurants in Phan Thiet. Overall, love it for the staff friendliness and hospitality, the convenient location, the good facility, the comfortable and good view room, the good massage, and the affordable price. Do give them some tip if u r happy with their service even though they will not ask. No tip is too small. 1-2 usd is better than nothing.

It has one of the best lobbies I have seen with breath taking views of the water. If you want a couple of days to get away from it all, this resorts offer beautiful vistas and peaceful activities to get yourself centered. They offer a shuttle to Nha Trang if your restoration turns into a desire to get some local cuisine and night life. We checked in and found out that our villa's AC wasn't working. They moved us to a different villa after our swim in the infinity pool. We left while only scratching the surface of what this place has to offer. We would definitely come back. If I could give half a star, I may have given 4.5 stars because I was disappointed that I was not allowed to use my drone to film the beach and cliff side. But that is my only minor gripe.

Reviewed By alanhS8051EAWe first visited Fusion Resort Cam Rahn 5 years ago, soon after it opened, as part of our honeymoon in Vietnam. At the time it was the most chilled out and relaxing part of the whole honeymoon. We were looking at revisiting in August 2020 but obviously all our plans got scrapped due to Covid. So as Vietnam was opening up again we knew exactly where we wanted to come back to, and we were hoping it would still be as good. As it turned out despite all they have been through, it exceeded our expectaions once again. This hotel was the highlight of our holiday yet again, partly due to the improvements made to the resort but primarily due to the fantastic staff that work here. Nothing was too much trouble for them at any level at all, we were so sad when it was time to leave. The Cam Rahn beach area has had some major developments over the last five years with a series of monolithic tower blocks appearing along its length. Fusion resort however is a completely different concept, it is an oasis of calm in comparison. Here no buildings are higher than the surrounding palm trees and it has a simple elegance to its modern design. It has grown a little bit since our first visit, but that only improves it. They've also added a farm area where they keep a variety of chickens, ducks, goats, etc. which you can wander around. (If you want to you can even collect you own freshly laid eggs and have them cooked for your breakfast). We stayed for 9 nights in an Oceanfront Villa with stunning views out over the bay. The villas are beautifully designed and have good sized pools at the front where you can watch the sun come up if you are an early riser like myself. Then in the evening you can watch the lights of the fishing boats go out across the bay as the sun goes down, before heading to the restaurant for a fantastic evening meal. The restauant/bar by the pool and beach is open all day for a wide ranging buffet breakfast in the morning, through to a la carte lunch and dinner. The food is all beautifully prepared, and the table service is impeccable. Our personal favourite for dinner was the Tiger Prawns they were amazingly good. The other major aspect here is the inclusive spa treatments, you each have one treatment per day from a selection of massages or facials to de-stress yourself while you are here, and it certainly works. By the time we left here we nearly floated out of the hotel. The staff at the spa are just so attentive, they even modified a treatment for me one day as I had caught the sun a bit, to work aloe vera into it and sent me on my way with some further supplies to apply to it later on. If you want to venture further afield, you can visit Nha Trang for shopping etc, but it is about a 30-40 minute ride. The hotel runs a free shuttle to and from the town if you fancy a bit of the hustle and bustle. (Note If you do want to get a late taxi back though due to the distance its about 500-600 thousand dong / 20 pounds) In conclusion if you are still reading my diatribe and thinking shall i go ? The answer is an unqualified YES, you will not regret it. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so unforgettable, we love you all and wish you the best, and hope to see you again soon. PS, and on a personal note to Dawid, if you are reading this, yes you were right, you ARE the five star Fusion Resort :-)

First of all I want to say thank you to Russian manager Albina and Mr Đoàn Trân, their support made our stay much nice. We really enjoyed Spa salon: the girls working there are great professionals though the prices are a little bit hight comparing to the offers on the mainland. Mudbath is a nice intertainment for a day, better avoid going there on weekend because the area gets crowded. The restaurant was also good , I would only suggest to iron the tablecloths. But the view is fantastic and the food choice is good. We had some problems on arrival with the rooms (stains and moldy smell), but Albina and Mr Đoàn Trân helped us to move to a better bungalow. Also we had some problems with lifeguard on the beach, we had a huge argument about not letting the kayaks in the same area where children do to swim in the sea. The cleaning of the rooms is good, but we could see some trash on the territory and along the beach. All in all I would recommend this place .

Reviewed By andrey157Pros: -Very scenic views of the bay and beach, surrounded by majestic green hills -beachfront villas are spacious with large second floor terrace, decent size pool and access direct to the beach -we were assigned a dedicated representative (Tony) who was good and helped us arrange activities , and assisted with requests, provided helpful information -Food was great - seafood grill night and seafood hotpot were the highlights. Also recommend stopping by the ice cream stall! -private Photographer that hotel helped arrange was professional Cons: -Hilltop villa - we were very surprised to find out that there is no buggy or bycicle access to the villa, walk was very steep - would not recommend it, luckily managed to change to beachfront villa -Service - overall service can be improved - attentiveness and service level on the beach area and during meal times in particular (for example 30 mins on beach and staff didn’t approach to offer water or towel) -Beach is less swimable in the afternoon, quite a few mosquitos
