The wide, well maintained panorama trail from Männlichen to Kleine Scheidegg with a gentle descent most of the way. Only the part by the Tschuggen flank has a guard rail. We walked early October and the trail had only a section (mainly in the shade) that was icy and tricky to manoeuvre as it was one of the few uphill sections. The views of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau are simple breathtaking.

We recently had two private half day lessons with Mike and could not recommend him enough. We are intermediate skiers and were looking to improve our skiing technique, particularly in relation to carving. Mike is very patient and very knowledgeable, and he gave us a lot of good tips to improve our skiing technique. It was very easy to book lessons, we booked through the altitude desk in the Bernet Sports shop in Grindelwald.

Summer Sledding Mannlichen Enjoy +6 km exciting and safe sledding fun. Ride the unique Summer Gemel sled down Mount Mannlichen. Zoom past smooth slopes and green meadows full of wild flowers and fluttering butterflies. Feel alive and free amid one the most amazing alpine scenery. All it takes are solid shoes and fitted outdoor cloths. Everything else is taken care of. Due to the construction of the new cable car on the mount Mannlichen (2019) we are not running this summer. But we'll be opening up again in May 2020 with a refurbished race track - Yeah! See you then again. P.S. With the new cable car from Grindelwald the area is a must visit for skiing in the area.Especially if sunny weather is hitting the First ski area.The ski bus service from Grund to First and Mannlichen seems to have improved this year

A great day up the mountain , lots to do for family’s, wonderful views , loved the Gondola rides, did the zip line and the Cliff side walk , felt safe on the bridge as we walked around , great little restaurant at the end of the cliff walk , great mountain views.
