An amazing beach, Lagoa Do Pau village is a beautiful small fishing village on the North East coast of Brazil, 80 km south of Maceio, Alagoas. Perfect place to chili out and learn something about the "real" Brazil, People are very friendly and help some in every way. There is plenty of small beach restaurants and pousadas to choose from. The beach is no less than paradise , you can walk for hours with out meeting anybody and about 2-3km from the Baracca´s ( beach restaurants ) is Pontal Coruripe another nice little town well worth the walk. It is for sure a spot not to mis if you are travling through Alagoas or even for a longer stay if you need to get away from big city life and chill out for real. I have visited this place with my girlfriend and friends more than a few times and we all love it. I have told plenty of my friends this, if you can´t chill out in a place like this you simply can not chill out anywhere :)
