It was a wonderful day culminating in the release back to the ocean of two sea turtles. Educational displays and exhibits are exceptionally well done and the music and activities for children were terrific. It is well worth spending a day. We were at the site in Florianopolis and the staff and facilities were great.

If you look for tranquility and warm water close to "big city" amenities, go to Praia do Forte. There are a solid ecotourism in place and a variety of activities and nature, such as trekking, paddling, snorkeling, surf and chilling out.

Endless Beach. Full of Palm trees. Some áreas with rocks... Check out before going to surf. Few Bars on the Beach. Unfortunately a lot of plastic on the Beach.
