Not properly maintained lodging
Reviewed By crosswaltzOrder via Agoda because of good price and good reviews. everything crumbles when entering the cottage + serene environment, away from bustling road good for those who wants calm lodging + cold fresh air + individual resort, very suitable during pandemic + very few mosquitos + good concierge - lots of cobwebs within the vicinity - dirty resort, I kept sneezing and have to wear slippers inside - dresser smells of mould.. I wouldn't bother put my clothes inside it - few channel selection for the TV only local channels - dirty bathroom with lots of mould at the walls and floor - bed was also broken at the middle part so I can't sleep properly and made my back hurt when woke up - pillows was so flat that it hurt my neck and shoulder also made me got a headache - poor wifi, poor cellular signal. I always woke up with around 45% battery left after fully charge it during the night - staff didn't inform the restaurant's business hours, can't order at 8 PM so have to order online and pay hefty delivery fee because it's located far from food center (day 2) - staff didn't inform the main gate closing hour, got locked at 9 PM!! tried to call the number at Agoda and NOT available. Had to google for 15 minutes and called 3 different number to finally got one (Day 3) - morning before check out I just realized the hole of the wooden wall carving at the back of head bed got no mesh for protection no wonder I saw small bugs enter the bedroom..

Reviewed By RasadaniramaI forgot to bring my glasses and headset when checking out and they are gladly to deliver the stuff back to me. The location is also strategic. You can have a variety of food as there are a lot of restaurant from the small to the big one around the hotel.

Pelayanan ramah, makanan cukup, terdapat 4 kelas mulai standart hingga suite room. Wifi tersedia, hanya agak kurang kencang sinyalnya. Untuk perjalanan bisnis cukup nyaman, tetapi karena tidak ada layanan tambahan, agak.kurang cocok untuk berlibur.

Not a happy stay
Reviewed By pvrk555Please bear me with detailed review and our experience First thing first --> The restaurant staff has ZERO knowledge of what are the ingredients of the dishes and neither they display it correctly ... My father & mother has been living in Indonesia for last 25 years and we never had such an experience where after confirming with Restaurant Manager/Staff that there is NO BEEF/PORK in the nasi goreng , we served in our plates and after having couple of spoons of Nasi Goreng , we were shocked to see BEEF pieces in Nasi Goreng. This has seriously hurt our religious beliefs and the response we got was IGNORING Sorry :( Second --> The rooms must have definitely seen beautiful days but not anymore. - There is strong smell coming from bathroom and we have even got our room changed but no luck. - The dustbin has no covers. - The bedsheets and pillow covers had stains all over. - There is no fan so after they make up the room the floor will be slippery for a long time and my 2.9 year old kid fell down as well luckily not hurt. Third --> Our room was not made up on the 2nd day and after we complained to reception, they housekeeping staff did make our room. The positives on other side is - - Location - Location And Location You also get an discount to Taman Safari if you stay in this resort. I very well understand that this is not a star hotel/resort but I was expecting a good and sincere service. But this resort service didnt meet my expectations. Happy Travelling

Reviewed By AsepS40Hotel ini relativ baru. Kamarnya sebagian masih dalam pengerjaan.. Kamar nya bagus, dan lumayan besar. Temapt tidurnya bagus, kamarnya bersih dan baru, kamar mandi nya pun lumayan bagus tapi air panas nya kurang. AC cukup sejuk. Sarapannya lumayan lah. Roti bakar,, soto ayam, buah.. Lokasi di jalan utama kota Ciamis dan di dekat masjid Al Gani yang bagus. Lumayan untuk istirahat.

Pertama dateng buka pintu udah di sambut sama TIKUS dan ternyata TIKUS nya ada 2 donggg, udah ngadu sama pihak hotel tapi gadi gubris sama sekali!! Trs KOLAM nya juga IJO banget BANYAK LUMUT kaya gadi urus padahal yang paling dinantu itu private pool nya tapi KECEWA bgt AIRNYA KOTOR, minta d kuras gabisa dan kena cash akhir nya cmn d bersihin lumut yg mengapungnya -_- dan saya baru sadar jam 11 malem mau minum itu galon/ air mineral nya gadi siapin! Dan YANG PALING KECEWA pas pulang kita di berhentiin satpam katanya kita NGAMBIL 2 HANDUK haha! gila banget ini hotel jelas jelas itu handuk cuman di sediain 2 tadinya kita juga mau protes karna cuman di kasih 2 handuk kan harus nya 4 tapi karna corona saya bawa handuk sendiri jadi ga jadi minta. Tp pas pulang malah kita yang d TUDUH MALING HANDUK! MALU MALUIN BANGET KALO SAYA SAMPE BAWA HANDUK BULUK ITU! Saya suruh geledah mobil pada gamau. Dan yang bikin tambah kesel resepsionis dan 2 karyawan nya songong banget ga punya etika ngomong nya ngegas, coba lah ngomong sama yang menginap tuh yang sopan ga di training dulu gt???! DAN HARUSNYA SEBELUM ADA YANG MENGINAP TUH CEK DULU HANDUK DAN LAIN LAIN UDAH DI SIAPIN APA BELUM!!! Kan jatoh nya malah fitnah orang! Udah salah ga ada permintaan maaf lagi!! Dasar hotel JOROK BANGET DAN GAPUNYA ETITUD! Tadinya saya ga akan update gini tapi saya sakit hati sama fitnahannya. Andai saya fotoin itu tikus 2 mundar mandir dan kolam jorok banget pasti kalian yang nginep juga kecewa banget! Jadi pelajaran jangan percaya sama foto yang bagus doang tapi realnya GABANGET!
