Reviewed By Annalbe59The setting is amazing amidst a forest and on a lake. This is the third time I come and always enjoyed. The rooms have nice good wooden furnitures and floor, bathrooms are large and functional. The restaurant offers a spectacular view on the lake and food is good quality and well cooked (Russian/international style). I have a problem with large windows with no dark curtains in short white nights... and neon ceiling lights are out of style.

У каждого домика есть своя небольшая территория с мангалом, отгороженная юными ёлочками. Вокруг поют птицы и лесной воздух. Все для того, чтобы голова отключилась от реальности и отдыхала. Уютный балкон с диваном и креслами на втором этаже у первой спальни. Балкон с обеденным столом на первом. Тишина... Это сказочное место для тех, кто соскучился по аутентичности, спокойствию и тишине. Кто хочет наблюдать за лучами солнца падающими на изумрудную траву сквозь березки и сосны.. оно для тех кто хочет прогулялся пешком до Красного озера, спустится на подъемнике и поплыть на середину в лодке.. наблюдать как небо меняет цвет и течёт вода... В Хуторке вам БУДУТ ИСКРЕННЕ РАДЫ! Это не навязчивое гостеприимство.. но это гостеприимство во всем: в улыбке встречающего вас, в доме в котором все для вас, в территории, которая оборудована для того чтобы вам было уютно... вернёмся ли мы сюда? Да!!! Теперь есть место на планете, где можно подзарядиться... напитаться всеми цветами счастья и вернуться в город :) Спасибо!

Reviewed By Breath777This is a bit funny mini hotel so if you're very concerned and expect very conservative option - this is not for you :-) What I mean - the hotel located in a suburb, really what we call sleeping area of the city (my estimation that it should take about 20 min walk to city center), from outside it does not look like a hotel at all, and the most weird thing - rooms of the hotel are mixed up with some little businesses (there are 3 or 4 door for things like sewing studio). Apart from being a little confused at the beginning (but warned by Linna, the owner, in advance about this stuff), my stay was really pleasant. The green room is very cosy, clean and has everything you need for a nice stay including some extras (tea facilities, candies, toothbrush, dish wash liquid). It's not disturbing to be neighbouring with those businesses either. So it may sound not so fancy, but after my previous night stay in a very posh hotel with much worse experience this was like heaven, especially for the price we've got (2500 Rub.) The owner is super friendly. Well, she mentioned that don't except drinking parties so be aware :-) About parking - there is free parking space across the building or for as much as 70Rub. you could leave your car at paid and guarded parking near the market (3 min walk from the hotel)

Reviewed By Alexey KОчень уютное место, расположенное недалеко как от Выборга, так и от Российско-финской границы- удобно для путешественников. Можно вечером попариться в сауне и пожарить шашлыки на мангале. Утром- был прекрасный завтрак, и мы тронулись в дальнейший путь. Цены- весьма умеренные для такого класса отдыха. Можно заселяться как компанией- так и семейной парой.

Reviewed By Cruiser441805Небольшой домик с 3-мя комнатами, бронировали в пятницу, чтобы погулять по Выборгу на выходных, а к вечеру пятницы все отели были уже забронированы. Если вам просто переночевать, то неплохой вариант, но немного дороговато как по мне. Приятная хозяйка. Полотенца, гель для душа, мыло в наличии. Комната уютная, такой дачный домик, можно заказать баню, есть небольшая кухня для самостоятельной готовки, чайник, чай и посуда. В 5 минутах ходьбы парк Монрепо. Из минусов - очень, очень тонкие стены, если с вами в соседней комнате кто-то живёт (например, пьяные подростки, которые полночи выясняют отношения), то надеется на то, что вы выспитесь не стоит.

Good hotel in a calm environment
Reviewed By Jopie66This hotel is nicely located on the lake with access to the "beach" in a direct way. The rooms are nice, fresh and large with a nice balcony. There are a few places to eat and the food that is presented is nice and of good quality. The staff is friendly however very Russian oriented i.e. The English language skills are very limited. A good place for a calm weekend with some walking and swimming.
