Reviewed By kathyfmsWe booked a two bedroom suite for 3 people but after we arrived they gave us a one bedroom because they saw only 2 of us. The second room was a kitchen/livingroom are with no dishes and no tv plus it was separated by an area that had a glass door to another suite which you could see through. They said they gave us this room because there was only two of us but we paid for the 2 bedroom suite for another person to join us the next day. Which also included free breakfast. Because be booked through bookins.com they had to arrange for us another hotel mbut they didn't arrange for us to get the two bedrooms or the free breakfase only a better hotel

Reviewed By fredobopI stayed 3 weeks at this hotel. Very safe area, clean and large rooms, good breakfast (eggs, large choice of fruits, bread, coffee, tea, cereals, arepas). ATM, restaurants, malls, parks, cyclovia, pharmacy, all we need is at the corner so the location is perfect. 15min drive from the historic city center, 10min walk from zona rosa for nightlife. On the top of that, all the employees are very nice, joyful and ready to help and give advices. To recommend for business trips and for personal visits!

Reviewed By sun-n-fun-123Pros: Great location very near to downtown Clean rooms for this price class Cons: Super hard pillows. Seriously I have never seen pillows this hard. Really tiny rooms and restrooms. It wasn’t a big issue for me but be aware of it. Breakfast was included in my stay. Breakfast is simple but decent. You have 4 breakfast options to choose from. Depending on who works at the front desk they might have difficulty speaking English which is common in Bogota. Friendly staff. There is a “mini gym”, it’s more like 4 pieces of gym equipment next to where the breakfast area is. Overall a great price for this good location.

Nice hotel, great location, but no air conditioning!!
Reviewed By PaulO2949The hotel is nice, the staff is super kind and helpfull. The included brakfast of very good, also the location of close to everything. The only negative there is no airconditioning and the rooms to ventilate at all, they need at least fans in the rooms but that is just me.

Das Zimmer war schön und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir waren zum Hinterhof raus, wurden aber gefragt ob wir lieber auf den kleinen Park an der Straße schauen wollen und hatten somit freie Auswahl. Das Frühstück wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr gut!
