Great traditional German hotel
Reviewed By GlenrothesGBooked fairly last minute. The 3 rooms we booked were nice, two in the old part and one in the new part. All where nice but the newer rooms were better. There is an area to drink and eat outside. Best part of this hotel is the breakfast and food in the restaurant. Breakfast was 5 euros which is a bargain considering the good choice of food including bacon, sausage, eggs as well as cold meats and cheese. Food in the restaurant was very good and not expensive. Beer was also very good. Staff were excellent. Only down side is parking can be restrictive to get there early or you will have to park on the street and move the car in the morning.

Lovely and perfect
Reviewed By Nancy KThe room was absolutely beautiful roomy and well kept. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant at hotel was one of the better places we ate. Breakfast was included and very fresh and traditional. The location is a bit of a walk to the lake down a very steep hill but close to historic sites.

Reviewed By peepuuekulaThe hotel is clean and centrally located near the old town. Check-in was smooth and so was checkout. I had a very unpleasant experience with the room. During the booking I asked for a quiet room. What I got was a room on the 3rd floor on top of the entrance to the conference and party facilities. There was a wedding for 300 people and guests were talking loud and smoking non-stop outside. I couldn't close the window as there is no airco in the room and it was hot outside. The party and loud music lasted until 2 am. I contacted reception but received no help, just "we hope it will be quiet after 30 min...". I believe I should have been warned upon check-in. This hotel does*t care about their guests; obviously the income from party room rental outweighs usual guests. In addition my car was damaged by some somebody in the parking garage. I have no doubt from where these people came from.

We're also suitable for fair's at Friedrichshafen, we offer free shuttlebus at for example the Eurobike fair, the Outdoor or Fakuma.
Basics hotel
Reviewed By schultz12I'm staying here and the room is very clean, it provides the basics of what you need. I'm only staying two nights. The bed is comfortable and clean, and the room has a small TV. The owner or hotel person was very friendly, unfortunately I can't speak German so I couldn't speak with her much. The breakfast is also the basic German type breakfast: meats, cheese, coffee, juice, bread, yogurt, and cereal.

ACHTUNG: unzuverlässig und unverschämt
Reviewed By Joto2015Trotz vorheriger Vereinbarung und Zusage kein Schlüssel im Tresor. Angegebene Telefonnummern angerufen, es war aber niemand zu erreichen! Mussten uns nachts ein anderes Hotel suchen. Reklamation am nächsten Tag wurde nur belächelt und nicht ernst genommen. Absolut unzuverlässig, nie wieder!
