In room dining or room service menu is very poor and overrated, Staff are courteous but language is a problem since most only speak Turkish and use google to translate . If you intend to find a relaxing place this hotel may not be the ideal location

The water heater is not working and we called them to fix it more than 6 times, they kept us waiting for more than 2 hours to just send someone to try to fix it! Staff are not cooperative at all and not responsive!

Reviewed By muibinUzer otel, Trabzon is a small but cozy with clean and tastefully furnished room. WiFi speed was fast and strong. Breakfast was delicious with freshly cooked food to complement the spread offered on the counter. Staff in dining hall and front desk, namely Abdul Ghaffar were most helpful and attentive. Hotel is also within walking distance to several interesting meandering backalley, filled with quaint shops offering a wide range of products. Walking upwards along these alleys eventually lead to a boulevard with fashionable and modern upscale shops on both sides. From here, the main Square is within sight. What impressed us most, was the quick thinking and action of two brothers/hotel owner Erdan and his brother Suleiman, when my husband realised his passport was lost(probably during our walk to the Square). After making several phone calls, the brothers were informed that my husband's passport was at the Central police station. Both brothers immediately drove and accompanied my husband to the Central police station. Happy to report that the lost passport was collected from the Central police station within the next half hour due to the quick thinking/action of the brothers and the efficiency of the local police. Most of all, many thanks to the kind hearted soul who sent the lost passport to the police station, at the expense of his/her own time . We will be forever grateful to the two brothers/owners of Uzer hotel for helping to recover my husband's passport. THANK YOU

Yiyecek ve içecek kısmında ki personeli, oda temizlik personeline ve otel yönetimine kadar tüm otel personeli son derece güler yüzlü ve özenli beklentileri kesinlikle karşılıyor. Yemekler lezzetli, yüksek kaliteli ve her zaman taze, çeşitlilik fazla. Her öğünde yeni bir şeyle kendinizi şımartabilirsiniz. Odalar rahat , geniş ve çok temiz. Otelde iç salon da ve dışta farklı oturma alanları var. Ne zaman bir şeye ihtiyacınız olursa, iletişime geçtiğiniz görevli hemen aksiyon alıyor.Havalimanı ve şehir merkezine de yakın olmasının ayrıca avantajı var. Reviewed By janakat60I do not seem to be able to rate this hotel easily. We arrived at about 4:30 in the morning, we were tired and just accepted the room they gave us. It was horrible. Too small, with a small bed, no cupboard, and the quilt without a cover. The bathroom was so tiny, you have to walk sidewise to reach the shower box. The soap holder was so dusty as if it was not cleaned for weeks. The soap itself was soggy in its wrap. I felt the room was abandoned for quite some time. The next morning we asked for another room and we were given a proper, more spacious, cleaner, and well-kept room. Even the view was better. It was not a sea view, but at least it was not overlooking other buildings balconies and courtyard. In a nutshell, even-numbered rooms overlook the courtyard and odd-numbered rooms have a sea view or a city view. The breakfast was ok, but boring when you have to stay for a whole week. The location is so convenient, and the hotel provides help to get a taxi or getting the right but to go meedan (city center).

Reviewed By Haidyhamada82This is in reference to my hotel reservation and accommodation in Tilya Resort Hotel in Trabzon - Turkey. Regretfully, this is considered the worst ever accommodation i ever had with worst paid service ever received. The awful experience started prior to our arrival to the venue when i received a WhatsApp messages from the manager at the hotel requesting me to pay for the reservation otherwise the booking will be canceled regardless of the confirmation received from Booking.com and full payment wad made. Regardless of the screenshots sent to him to prove the fact of full payment and confirmation details he kept insisting on the same demand. The number of international phone calls i made to the hotel to convince them with my case have exceeded five numbers. The booking had included the airport transfer to the hotel, surprisingly there was no one waiting and no response from the hotel when i contacted them which has ended up paying for the transportation. Based on such experience i was keep on requesting for the confirmation on the hotel transportation back to the airport while departure. I have made at least three requests in person to different hotel staff and at lot of messages along with 10 phone calls to the person in charge on daily basis during my three days stay. Apart from the useless requests and negative answers, the staff ATTITUDE was disgusting and they were very much professional to show their low BEHAVIOR when the person at the reception (Mouazz) start screaming and throwing the papers and pens and smacking them and claiming that it not his job to arrange for the transportation and i have to solve the issue with his supervisor (Zeyad Al Tamimi) Reaching his supervisor was another DIRTY journey that i had to experience. Although i was trying to be in touch with the claimed supervisor through the whole three days and during the few times that Ziad Al Tamimi answered me with different no clear nor straight answers. He stopped answering his mobile or my messages. I had to call the landline and request for him under different name, he kept on dodging the word and ended up with another ATTITUDE by hanging the phone. When you face such LOW BEHAVIOR from the people that you have paid their hotel to serve you and provide the right hospitality, you would not be even interested to speak about the level of services such as not providing towels arguing that i was late coming back to the hotel. The worst experience i have ever lived with this type of human being were paid to provide services. It is not that i have only felt that i was cheated and ripped off but the ATTITUDE، INSOLENCE, MISBEHAVIOR, were the main headline of the experience.

Second time inthe end of October. Double charge. I have to blocked a card.money that were return below amount was written off. So even without staying there i got loss.
