Reviewed By 680lannPhòng Family view núi nhìn ra bể bơi và ít núi; phòng thoáng đãng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ thiết bị tiện nghi ( đủ ấm nước, minibar, máy sấy, điều hoà 2 chiều, TV, tủ giày dép móc áo,..) đủ, thiếu két sắt safety box mà thôi ko sao. Phòng sạch sẽ, ở đây có dịch vụ ăn uống nữa nhưng mình lại lỡ đặt bàn bên ngoài rồi nên chắc để khi khác. Phòng ko cách âm nên tiếng từ các phòng khác và trên lầu hơi to. Sảnh chung với phòng ăn và phòng chờ nên hơi bất tiện một chút. Chủ và nhân viên cũng dễ tính thoải mái. Khách sạn ngay gần chợ , cách quảng trường tầm 300m, ngay cạnh có hàng tạp hoá tiện lợi. Lúc về mình mới nhớ ra cần viết trip nên chụp vội phòng thôi.

Reviewed By Tourist825765Mình tới ks này từ ngay lần đầu tiên đến tam đảo.Mỗi lần tới mình ở một phòg khác nhau.đợt gần đây nhất mình tới cùng bạn chọn ks ngọc sơn( ngọc sơn vs anh minh là 1 nha) đc phòg trên gác mái thấy rất chim ưng.Tuy giá có chút mắc nhưg ở thoải mái, có chỗ để xe phòng sạch sẽ,ngay gần trung tâm, chủ ks thân thiện.sẽ còn đến dài dài?

So much potential but not there.
Reviewed By JSTrip_77Full disclosure, we went to Tam Dao during low season and while covid-19 was a concern. When we arrived, the hotel had no power though we later discovered that they had a generator but chose not to run it. The problem was that the lack of A/c meant the rooms were all musty. I am not that sensitive usually but the smell was overwhelming. The staff did everything they could to cover the smell but it returned overnight. Since there were so few guests, the hotel didn’t run their full breakfast. The breakfast room had a smell that really turned my stomach. There was no coffee, only tea. There were no options, only greasy beef pho which wasn’t even hot. That was so disappointing. Although none of the rooms are labeled, I searched around and found a small gym, a broken and unfinished steam room and a broken sauna. Here’s the deal. The stay was not good. But, the staff really tried their best with limited resources. And to be fair, we might have been the only guests in the whole hotel. Still, we were disappointed.

Reviewed By habari12Our family ended up choosing to stay here as my husband was running the Tamdao Mountain Trail race and this was the venue for the expo as well as the start and finish. It is expensive for the quality they provide. Rooms are aged and need renovation. The pool though has a great view is often crowded as it is quite small. The play area for the kids is not monitored for safety as kids just jump out of the pool straight into the bubble pool play area making the floor all slippery for other kids. The restaurant has minimal choices and the food is not up to par. The other places to eat are all up the hill and taxis to main market area are exorbitant. Tamdao itself seems like it is a developing town with lots of construction and work happening around, it does have some amazing views but it is not worth a tourist destination if visiting Vietnam for a short while.

Reviewed By rainy1208The reception doesn’t care about guests at all and attitude is not good, cant truly enjoy cause we have to climb through 6 floor to the room. The view was good and the room kinda clean, might be come back.

Terrible service
Reviewed By 137quyennI booked and paid through Agoda but when I arrived the room was already filled without any prior notice. The staff said that's sales team's responsibility not their and let me wait. They even didn't say any sorry word until I got upset and leaved. They kept my contact and bank account to refund then nothing happend. When i backed to the city I had to call and ask about the refund and SURPRISINGLY they told me they lost the paper with my bank account and KEPT SILENCE @@ what a terrible experience
