Perfect Resort for Family Stay and Relaxation
Reviewed By World_Tour_BdActually we visited this place in March 2018 with our infant. It was a great experience. We stayed there for 2 nights at the villa called Zinfandel. The food there was really delicious. You have horses, swans, sheep in this sprawling resort built in a Swiss style. The view from the top of the resort where there's a small aeroplane is just breathtaking.

Wonderful place, great service
Reviewed By BiMMiE23We stayed there 3 nights. Two nights in Crochet room and a night in Emilia. Both room were beautiful. Crochet is a penthouse. It has lots of space, big bathroom, big balcony, with high ceiling. Emilia is a bath suite, smaller. Both rooms have a big bathtub. Staffs are nice. Food is fine. The area are peaceful. Nice swimming pool. Our son (8 months old.) was really happy to be there. :) For food, we recommend Krua Mon Khai, which is not far away from the hotel-just 5 mins drive. Yummy!

A little gem, hidden in the tranquility of the mountain...
Reviewed By MomofagalI stayed in early Jan 2018. The room was much bigger than i expected, and it even had the half-double floor. The decoration was on the vintage/sweet side and the bed was comfy. I booked at the event, so they also gave a coupon for free set dinner. The dinner was simple yet nice. The thing i liked much was they installed a lot of play ground equipment, from swing, slide, bicycle, and others, so my kids enjoyed. The thing i didn't like but couldn't avoid were ants and insects (but it came as a package with those nice trees and plants--- couldn't blame the resort. they also have Jacuzzi in room, and a central swimming pool with great view!

They all kept smile on their face. The attitude towards guests were good. Classic Villa spacious. Good quality wooden furniture. Breakfast looks great and tasty. The only one complained : chairs outside weren't very good.. no back support. It would be nicer if chairs hv back support. I can enjoy sitting longer outside next to my villa. fridge,kettle, move able fan and hair dryer are intact. Amenities : shower caps, toothbrush, toothpaste,cotton sticks, shower gel and shampoo

Reviewed By TanasakmayGood location, 3mins walk to 7-11 and drive a bit to attraction area. I stays in family room of 4. Room need to renovatecas it getting old. BF very poor, nothing much too eat. Many fly around a BF. Juice so sweet. CI and CO very fast.

Nice quiet place, beautiful room near pool
Reviewed By RonaldInBangkokWe just stayed here for one night but enjoyed the place. It looks beautiful and was very quiet. I do believe that the weekends are the most busy times here. This Thursday night we might have been the only guests at the resort. We had the Classic Family room which is located right in front of the big pool. I am actually glad we took this one instead of the private pool villa. We now had the big pool all for ourselves and the pool was less than 10 meter from our door. The room actually consisted of two bedrooms, one with a big king size bed and one one with two beds. The bathroom between them was huge. At the entrance there was a small seating area. Not too big but we mostly used the outdoor chairs and table. It seemed to me as if the rooms had some new paint recently. It all looked freshly painted. Nice! Each of the bedrooms had its own TV. In the entrance area you find a fridge and water cooker for making hot water for coffee, tea, .... In front of the door you have your own terrace which I estimated to be at least 15 x 4 meter. This space has a roof over it which can provide some shade during the day. The floor was covered with artificial grass. Usually I am not a fan of that but here it actually looked really good. Maybe it was relatively new as well. The pool in front of the room was large and has areas with different depths. In March the water had a very pleasant temperature. Next to the pool was another water area that had some beautiful lotus flowers in it. The grounds of the resort looked ok. I read some reports of people saying it was not well maintained. I did not get such impression. The lobby area looked good The roof of that section migh need some maintenance but it wasn't that bad as this might sound. For breakfast we were asked what we liked. There was a choice of four different sets. They don't provide a buffet but instead cook breakfast for you at the time you have given them. The choice was a mix of Thai style breakfast and American breakfast. The location of the resort is towards the front of the Sun Phueng area. Everything is easy accessible. The main road is not that far away. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

I like this place cause a price are reasonable, Room is cute and clean, also they have a rooftop on second floor upstairs. I stayed 1 night at Marcy room which is got a great swimming pool + mountain view. Bedroom has a small terrace outdoor, For Bathroom they got a Medium bathtub, hairdryer Free 2 still water, Some water boiler with Coffee and Cocoa instant beverage. Love the swimming pool by the mountain view with greenery from a tree and garden with birds sounds! If you want to include breakfast, You should tell the hotel since a first day you make a reservation. For me I go out to find a meal by my self they have many thai restaurant close by. Refrigerator, hairdryer

Rude staff at restaurant
Reviewed By SoCalPanVery rude staff! We were a very respectful group of 10 and asked if we could wait on the queue to eat inside since it was a little busy. It was very hot outside and we asked if they could put a fan on us since it was so hot. They said no because there is no outlet / power receptacle. Lies! There were 4 right next to us. They didn’t care about us and said we can leave! What! So unprofessional and disgraceful. The staff was so bossy and didn’t care. The worst customer service ever! Do not go here krub.

Every staff us friendly and this place have many spots for take a photo, lovely decoration and so detail, I love it, I recomend for anyone looking for the unique resort to stay with relxing and calm.
