Reviewed By fazlilarHotel is at great location. Rooms have good condition but the air conditions are not working, heating system ıs not working properly. The hotel has a great restaurant, we are enjoyed much, the breakfast are serving in same place but we didnt enjoyed much. İt has very poor breakfast and the service is very low at breakfast. We were enjoying much at dinner but we had a dissapointed at breakfast in same place.

Disappointing, never again.
Reviewed By race2016Good: Location. Bad: The restaurant is only open for breakfast. The breakfast was poor, and you have to ask for coffee, the staff not very welcoming as if they didn't like you were there. The hotel doesn't have any ambience, no bar/lounge, you have to go outside. The suspension of the shower was broken. Don't email them you never get an answer. I emailed them twice because I left a jacket, they didn't even bother to answer.

Reviewed By AngeIsTheBestVery good place. The staff there is very nice and the food is also good. Its also very close to the centre as well. The presidential suite is the most expensive and the best room in the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here and would 100% recommend it to you as well.

It's true that there're not too many people in the restaurant but for someone who don't like a noisy place, this one is perfect!

Reviewed By PantheionianWe (Murat and I) just ran out of this hotel. What a disaster. This hotel prides itself with 5 or 4 stars but deserves none. It is badly located at the entrance of Strumica in what appears as a deprived and poor area. The room and public spaces are falling apart. Many spaces are not clean and room maintenance just dropped clean towels and never cleaned our rooms. The spa is not included in the price. We were forbidden to use the dressing room so had to change in our room. Towels were not provided so we had to use our used bathroom towels. There is a restaurant but no room service and we were forbidden to order food from outside and consume that in our room. The staff was rude and upon asking for the hotel policy they refused to provide it. So we decided to leave but were charged also for today as we had not checked out by 12 o'clock. Only after staying firm and threathening to call the authorities the staff backed down and we paid only for last night. My worst experience in a hotel ever. For the record: we moved to Hotel Villa Park where we were greeted with a smile! Way to go Hotel Sirius! What a disaster!

Reviewed By babakata+ Location was excellent for my purposes. The owner, Georgi, and his staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were gracious in resolving a payment issue which was because of a misunderstanding on my part. The included breakfast was fresh and served quickly and in a non-smoking space. A good value for regional travelers and rooms and shared spaces were very clean. · Poor lighting on stairs, exhaust fan which was connected to the light in the bathroom was VERY noisy, key door lock was difficult & required multiple attempts to secure. Mattress old & tired & curtains & blinds were in need of repair. AC unit was noisy but did cool the room & cover the traffic noise. Balcony was nice but there were no chairs.

Reviewed By danil019Molto pulito ed appena a pochi passi fuori città. Purtroppo la colazione veniva data tardi. Unica pecca : il bagno con doccia alla russa. La stanza da bagno veniva allagata ad ogni doccia, mancando il piatto doccia e senza ripari. Buon ristorante.

Reviewed By teamflamesWe only spent one night here in Oct 16 on our way to Ohrid. The hotel had agreed to pick us up from the bus station which is on the edge of town as we arrived at night. The driver wasn't there, we waited and tried calling but there was no answer. Eventually we gave up and walked but without a map we got lost, with the help of locals we eventually found the hotel and the manager started berating us as he had sent the car. I immediately yelled back and showed him the phone number we were trying to call as based on our booking confirmation. He quickly calmed down when he realised they had given the wrong information. The hotel is in the centre of town and the room was huge. It was very worn and basic and clearly wasn't popular. It is expensive compared to the rest of the Balkans. The manager did arrange a wake up call and taxi which was good.
