This is us: the Kirschner family - from grandma Maria to Laura Pia, our family includes no less than four generations and all of them give our hotel a face in different ways. Together with our team, we work for one thing: that you have a great time with us and that you lack on nothing. We built the hotel in Serfaus over many years of family work and are proud to welcome numerous regular guests, as well as regular bus companies, with a smile every year. In our house there are 50 lovingly furnished rooms and suites. Our guests can look forward to a rich, balanced and regional breakfast buffet every morning. Fresh spring water of the highest quality flows in the pipes of our house. Revitalized according to the special process of the Tyrolean natural scientist Johann GRANDER, it becomes the elixir of life. At the entrance to Serfaus you can find our modern furnished Gabriela Appartments. It is only a 3 – minute walk away from the underground station and the hiking buses. A great, in-house, excellent á la carte restaurant "Hiasl's Stubn" with a wonderful sun terrace is located directly in the house. What a fabulous find!
Reviewed By colin12367I recently stayed at the Hotel Gabriela with friends who had stayed there before and suggested it. The location is perfect as it is close to the ski shops and the gondolas. There is a bus stop just outside as well. The staff was wonderful, they helped us get skis rented with a discount and arranged for a locker to hold all of our gear and keep the room tidy. The room was very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the mountains. The bathroom was well designed and I love having the toilet in a separate room when sharing a hotel room. Breakfast was a treat each day. We especially loved the fresh orange juice press and the boiled eggs, cheese selection and bread varieties. In the evening, the bar and restaurant were visited frequently and meal portions were generous. The sauna was a treat to visit at the end of the day. When it was time to depart, they even performed our Covid test for return travel. When we return to Serfaus for our next visit, we will be sure to stay at Hotel Gabriela.

Reviewed By 1CATQC1I would like to thank ALL the members of Hotel Drei Sonnenstaff staff, who ensured my recent holiday to Serfaus was so very enjoyable. The level of service received was faultless. It was also friendly, professional and always with a smile. Breakfast, at the hotel, was a 1st class affair with a HUGE choice of hot & cold breakfast dishes available. Each week, the hotel hosts their "Gala Dinner Night" which really was a true gastronomic affair, consisting of so many courses, all expertly prepared and delicious. I occupied 2 rooms during my stay and both rooms, a single and a double room, were of excellent quality and of very good size and I thought the beds were exceptionally comfortable. All of the staff I met spoke good English and were keen to ensure that guests have a good time. This hotel truly deserves it SUPERIOR 4* status. Thank you again and I shall be returning soon!

James from our group of six could not make that as he'd damaged his Achilles Tendon playing racketball. 2021 was a no ski zone so we decided to go back to Serfaus in January 2022 to show it to James. That proved not possible and finally we got there on 2 March for 4 nights. We were greeted with great warmth by the family and by Sabine and the facilities and food were, as ever, excellent. We were blessed with cold weather with bright blue skies and great snow so brilliant skiing. An epic holiday!

Very comfortable place

We can recommend the hotel having in mind: Good quality of services, hospitality but also comfortable time there. The hotel is well located close to the skilifts (walking distance even in ski shoes easy to do). Comfortable area, Good quality room, nice and relax are with outdoor swimming pool with beautiful view on the mountains. One of the biggest advantage was the service provided, people working there and helping us relax during whole stay. We would like to recommend the place for all who want to spend peacfull, relax time in that part of the Tirol.

Reviewed By Leszek RA short walk from the centre. Very modern accommodation with fantastic service. Top quality furnishing and beds are amazing. Sauna is excellent too, the whole room is spacious and great for a chill out. For families with kids the is a good size playroom. One thing to avoid though is their evening meals offer Tue and Thu...you are much better off going out...cheaper and better. Overall superb stay!

Reviewed By L7941VUsarahbTina and Gunter are brilliant. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast delicious. Tina goes out if her way to make your stay perfect. There is no lift but 57 steps to the top floor. A nice sauna, good boot and ski room. We will return again and again

Reviewed By robertjoosthOur children are grown ups now, but nevertheless we had a great stay in Alpenruh Hotel. Location is perfect, 50 meters from the underground train that leads you to the slopes. Easy does it. Fine rooms, good showers, tasty buffets for breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool, parking spaces, it is all there. And as the icing on the cake: the fantastic hospitality shown by Mr. Paul at the reception desk and the wonderful staff.

Reviewed By iSwaEverything was fine. The hotel is well placed in Serfaus. The food and service is good. The rooms are clean. In winter you can warm up your ski boots in the ski room and relax at the spa. The only thing to say is the soundproofing of the doors of the rooms, we hear everything that goes on in the hallway...Fortunately it is a quiet hotel ;-) Thank you! Danke!

Reviewed By mupp2We stayed in a spacious apartment with nicely equipped kitchen. Hotel located just 1min walk from ubahn, which is perfect when skiiing. Good sauna , nice but small swimming pool. Big minus: the smoke of cigarettes everywhere in the building.really annoying and disgusting. Therefore only 3 points, not 4.

Im Winter fährst du mit den Skiern bis direkt vor das Bellevue by VAYA, in der Nähe liegt auch der nächste Skilift, der dich wieder hinein ins Wintersportvergnüge in Serfaus bringt. Vom Ortszentrum trennen dich nicht mehr als fünf Gehminuten. Bei uns wohnst du entweder in gemütlichen Zimmern mit Balkon und herrlichem Ausblick, oder in einem unserer voll ausgestatteten Apartments für bis zu vier Personen direkt an der Piste in Serfaus. Und wenn du im Sommer kommst? Dann beginnt dein Natur- und Bergurlaub direkt vor der Haustür. Nach einem abwechslungsreichen Tag draußen in der frischen Luft kannst du dich in unserem Wellnessbereich entspannen oder geselliges Beisammensein bei einem Drink genießen.
Pleasant stay at Bellevue
Reviewed By BoyHeugtenHad a great stay at Bellevue. Building is equipped with a heated ski room, an elevator and even a spa! Rooms are ok sized, bathroom is a bit small, especially the shower. But the water is hot and has enough power. Room is equipped with a dishwasher, sink, fridge, drawers with utensils, and several cabinets. Bed is good, but the pillows are terrible. Location in Serfaus is a bit annoying. You cross the bridge and have to walk up a hill. But they have available parking lots next to the hotel. And the area is quiet since it's somewhat detached from the main Serfaus village. Use of a ski depot near the lifts is recommended. It's like 4 euros a day and for us it was worth not having to haul our equipment up and down every day. Breakfast and diner is served at neighbouring hotel. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere and daily changing menu. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty to choose from. Serving staff seem to be trainees but are trained well and seem to enjoy their jobs. Made for a pleasant stay each morning and evening.
