Reviewed By lnh18We booked 2 rooms in April 2022. The larger one was very beautiful, and the other was also nice but simpler, in accordance with the price. We were not unhappy with the rooms, but this is not a good place to come if you are a light sleeper. The hotel can be very noisy as the pools close late and open early, and there is a loud river that can be heard from the rooms (think of a loud air-conditioning sound). The hotel itself is lovely and very idyllic, and the pools are gorgeous. The real letdown for us was the service. In general, it was slow and lacking. Check-in and check out took a long time. We had to wait a while to receive clean towels. The restaurant service was pretty bad, as was the food. I wouldn't recommend eating there if you have a car and are able to travel to a restaurant nearby. I also wish the hotel provided robes and shoes to go from pool to pool. The pools made the stay worth it for us, but now that we've experienced them, I probably wouldn't stay again.

We are a small boutique hotel, charming, quiet, comfortable, personalized attention. 8 rooms, each one with private bathroom. Set amid the Coffee Cultural Landscape, overlooking the mountains and the green coffee plantations and bamboo forests . In our plantation we perform the Coffee Tour as a way to experience the traditional coffee process, promoting the culture of the region and include references to its myths and legends. We also talk about the flora and fauna found along the path.This tour takes about 3 hours and has a length of 1.3 km (requires comfortable clothes and shoes). Special coffee tasting. We offer transport service, restaurant and a free Coffe Bar. On full moon nights we have storytelling, trova and music around a campfire amid the coffee plantation.

Reviewed By sdormond1214We just finished our stay at Finca Del Cafe for part of our honeymoon and absolutely love it! We were greeted by Nelly and her dog Mockachino who make you feel so welcome ? the hotel is is very clean and so so beautiful and the perfect place if you want to get away and relax. We did a tour through Finca Del Cafe with our driver Gustavo and tour guide Mauricio who did such an amazing job showing us Cocora Valley, Salento & Filandia. They were both so kind and really knowledgeable teaching us all about nature, Colombian history, and pretty much any questions they asked us. We are in Colombia for 3 weeks and so far spending the day with them has been the highlight of our trip. Cocora valley is a must see in Colombia especially with Mauricio who very throughly explained to us everything that we saw. He even took us to a local restaurant to eat local food! All in all I would definitely recommend staying here! There arent enough nice things to say about the hotel, the staff (who really took their time speaking Spanish to us when we aren’t that good) and made us a delicious breakfast every morning. It will be an experience you will love and never forget. Thank you to everyone here that made this a wonderful part of our honeymoon! Stephanie and Alec

I hope to return to the place soon to clear my mind with those beautiful mountains and valleys that were in abundance. Thank you very much for your services offered.

Reviewed By Wes HWe only ate at the restaurant here. The service was wonderful and the prices were less than some other places close by. The portions were really big. It is right along the main road but it wasn't too noisy.

Reviewed By nickqa5This complex is only at walking distance to the termal waters park and the service of the employees and the owner himself is magnificent. 100% recommended. Prices go from 30 dollars to 60 dollars a night depending on which room you choose to stay in.

Reviewed By BornReisendeThe hotel is right in the center of Santa Rosa. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a large room facing a busy street. Although there's no AC, the room was fairly cool, but there's a lot of traffic noise when the windows are open. Quiet rooms do not appear to have windows. Parking was available and included around the corner and fairly easy to use. The room was large with lots of shelves for storage. There was plenty of hot water and a good shower. There are many shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel was spotless and the price was very low for everything you get.
