A lovely stay

Our room had a balcony as requested (looking straight out to the river and Grande Hotel), the bed was incredibly comfortable and the location was perfect to access the QC Terme. Thank you to the gentleman at reception who gave us a warm welcome and ensured our stay was comfortable.

Reviewed By Michael DThe staff push this hotel to 4. Super accommodating with outstanding food, pasta like I've never had before and home made ice cream and biscuits. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Amazing location to see the town of Bergamo. Don't expect 5 star rooms or interior in the hotel but they more than make up for the decor with great staff work and keep that family run environment open to guests.

Very deep sleep after a trip to the water qc terme( incredible BUT the water and saunas are not hot enough to penetrate the body). The Papa have a 10% discount for therme entrance♥️♥️♥️ Very good value for money and great hosts. We ate a traditional dish for dinner. They were happy to make us a vegetarian meal. Delicious wine too. Breakfast is simple and a lot of home made cakes by the hotel chef. Totally recommended. GRAZZIEEREEEEEEEE Los Australianos???

The check-in and check-out process is slightly unconventional, as it all happens over your phone/pad/computer and then you verify your arrival/departure on a kiosk type machine in the lobby. Similar to ordering a big Mac at McDonald's :) We had no problems with the process, and actually enjoyed this level of control - when we checked out we took the elevator to the parking garage, loaded our luggage and left. Simple as that. We had a room with a "patio", but be aware that although the patio is huge, it is shared between three rooms. Perfect place to get some sun-bathing, but we did miss sun-shades, in case you prefer to sit in the shade and sip wine (or water) and enjoy the majestic mountains surrounding San Pellegrino Terme. The room itself was fabulous, fairly big, new, stylish, comfy, clean, cool, functional, and fun. Bathroom and shower very good. Bathroom amenities second to none - it is a "kit bag" and you get a new one every day, and you are encouraged to take it with you when you leave. We now have a great "kit bag" with soap, shampoo, conditioner, skin care something, more skin care stuff, and what not (this is not really my department, but the wife assures me this is of the best quality, and a good assortment). The coffee machine in the room was of the highest quality, Dyson hair dryer, super cool mini bar filled with free San Pellegrino water and other perks (and filled every day). The San Pellegrino water came in various flavors (that you usually do not find in super markets) and in small glass bottles (of quality design). We ended each day by emptying the mini-bar :) Breakfast was basic, served in the "lobby" and you either eat outside, or take back to your room. Basically coffee and croissant of your choice. During the day you have access to free coffee and booze (did not try, but looked like mostly liqueurs, and possibly a Brandy?) Although the hotel is "automated" there is still always a person available if you need help, or just want to have a chat. I found the service in this hotel to be better than many five star "manual" hotels. The "front desk" was super helpful, and it is empowering in these times of COVID to be able to bypass all human contact if you so wish. Parking was no problem. You have 2 hour parking in front of the hotel, free parking in a side street next to the hotel, and if you have a fancy car, then the hotel has modern underground parking for EUR 8.00 a day. This is a new hotel, and a new hotel concept. They still have a few quirks to work out (all my emails where in Italian) but I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely fabulous.

"Ca del Michelas" is a small holidays house close to the centre of San Pellegrino Terme and to the Very well known SPA centre. Me-Giulia- and my family are pleased to welcome you in our nice town and we will be more than happy to help you to discover our region,starting from our amazing Brembana Valley. You can walk around our mountains, you can relax yourself at the SPA centre and you can enjoy yourself along the Bicyle Lane. Our "Ca del Michelas" is very near to Bergamo,just 30 minutes by car and to the mountains of the Brembana Valley, where you can enjoy the nature and practice winter ski. Our holidays House is Made of two double big rooms (46 and 58)-they can welcome even 3 person- with a panoramic view: each Room has whites,TV, free Wi-Fi and a shared bathroom. In the morning you can sit in the dining room where we will serve you a generous breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, according to your preferences and needs. You can enjoy this space even during the rest of the day. Also outside the apartment is a large garden surrounded by greenery, where you will find tables and lounges that you can use at any time.
A perfect place to stay on a budget
Reviewed By Simon DA quiet location just uphill from the town centre and very close to the spa. Friendly and welcoming hostess greeted us and helped us settle in. She also recommended places to eat and offered a discount for the spa. There were a number of useful guide books and complimentary bottled water and sweets. Bedrooms were very big with good views down the valley. Large clean modern bathroom. Pleasant front garden for sitting out. Secure gated property. Fantastic spread for breakfast with fresh baked goods and real coffee. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this delightful place.

Belle anche le chiacchierate che ci siamo fatti. Essendo celiaco avevo chiesto per la colazione senza glutine, e non solo mi è stata portata, ma è stata una delle più buone in assoluto! Inoltre comodissima la camera e soprattutto la posizione strategica, che si collega al centro di San Pellegrino in 5/10 minuti a piedi (terme comprese). Consiglio B&B a tutte le persone di qualsiasi età, anche per lavoro, infatti c’è la possibilità di richiedere la password per il Wi-Fi. Bagno condiviso ma, se la persona nell’altra stanza vuole, igienicamente impeccabile e moderno, con sapone per le mani, lavatrice e shampoo già disponibili se si chiede alla direzione. 5 stelle meritate!
