Wonderful hotel & staff!
Reviewed By Randy SWe stayed in Rm 216, a huge room with 15' ceilings. One drawback: poor internet in the room, but fine in the lobby lounge and the 3rd floor deck. The hotel has an elevator, parking was 8 euros, and the room was 110 euros. The real bonus was the staff, everyone was wonderful! We especially liked the woman who prepared breakfast and the receptionist. The location is perfect for wandering around the central city on foot; you don't need a car. Sadly, all of the hot springs were closed due to Covid, but the hotel has a fantastic big hot tub and sauna on the third floor rooftop deck. Massage is available too. The breakfast is made to order. We had eggs, great bacon, ham, toast, and all of the ususual sweets. Good coffee too! Highest recommendation! Sorry we missed the termes however...

Reviewed By ArixDelNo no no for this place. Only the receptionists were so kind. I’m so sorry for the Hotel Managing Director - a very unpolite person. We stayed for a week end and also for a wine event, but no one controlled our green pass. No advice for this place.

Reviewed By Lornabell30This is a pleasant hotel in a spectacular location.To get the best of this ask for a room with a view. we were travelling with a large group and it would seem that the rooms vary greatly some even have balconies.Our room was small with a tiny bathroom and only a view a yard and function dining room.Our air condiitioning was very noisy but at least we had it as some rooms did not and it was very hot.Breakfast was very good largely continental style but home baking and home made preserves.The view in the breakfast room was spectacular.The manager was helpful despite speaking no English and we had limited Italian.We spent 2 nights here and had set dinner on one of these ,it was substantial 6 courses very tasty but we needed to go for a walk afterwards. All of the staff were very pleasant and friendly despite our language difficulties.As we were travelling by coach and it couldn't get up to the hotel the manager arranged to collect those with mobility difficulties and transport them in his own car.

All the staff is extremely helpfull especially the lady that is taking care of the breakfast and the cleaning. I had a very cozy room with all the comfort. But most of everything is the most clean b&b I've ever seen. The owners and all the staff really take care of the guest like a family. Highly recommended

The service in this hotel is outstanding, always happy to help and advise! Wonderful hospitality and never rude or patronizing, like some of my recent hotel experiences (see my other reviews). This is not a luxurious accommodation but very adequate, excellent value and very inviting!

Comfortable, Convenient, Clean
Reviewed By coupleoneA new find for us and we managed to stay on the way down to Umbria and on the way back as we were so impressed with the Restaurant and rooms. So convenient just by the motorway exit. At first approach were not sure if we were in the right place, then turned into the car park and an elegant mill presented itself. The Hotel is modern and clean and the rooms and very spacious, the bathroom very spacious. Great views over to the snow covered mountains. The restaurant is superb. Homemade pasta with delicious sauces. Meat dishes superb. Deserts to die for and very pretty. Wine list to suit everyone, and grappa for digestivo. Who could ask for more. Well breakfast was a feast. Staff are professional and pleasant. A true find.
