But i get terrible experience with mercure hotel...and i shocked if this mercure still part of accors group as have bad service like this?? I understand if time for check in on 14.00 and i came to try early check in on 13.30 and receptionist try to give explain my room not ready yet because of previous guest check out 13.00 ( i stand by at hotel since 12.30 iam not see guest check out till 13.00 on front desk) so i cannot accept their reason. Unbelieveable on my first exp in this city i must dissapoi ted with 4star hotel with poor service like this...

Reviewed By Franz THotel locates at road ends; off the main street Gajah Mada. Creepy place starts from check in, narrow and noisy elevator ( one operates out of two; cost saving ), require room' magnetic card to open corridor door which did not work. ended back n forth to reception since their magnetic card is f***ed while carrying all luggage. Room is xtremely narrow, window built as a requirement only, bathroom with all purpose gel (shampoo, conditioner and soap all at ones).

Poor service, old & dark room, unhygienic toilet
Reviewed By frontallobe25I booked 3 rooms for 8 nights due to a family emergency and didn't even stay for a night there. For some reasons, the rooms that I booked had poor lightings. The rooms were also located on the same floor as the bar & cafe so it was terribly noisy. The toilets also oozed unpleasant odours and looked like it could use some hard scrubbing. At the rate the room was offered (IDR 360.000++), I would have tolerated the room condition. However, after driving out to buy some dinner, I came back to a very packed parking lot. The security team were nowhere to be found at first and didn't offer any assistance afterwards. They were also very rude when I asked for their help to find me an alternative parking spots as I was a guest and had paid to stay there. That was the last straw for me. I then decided to check out of the hotel that same night. The receptionist was also very, very rude and not helpful at all during the entire check out process. Would I recommend the room to anyone? Yes if you are only staying for a short period of time and want the ease of finding food nearby. But if you are staying for an extended period of time like I planned to, it'd be best to find a more proper, clean, and comfortable accommodation.

Only cheap margarine. Restaurant was understaffed. Had to look for a waitress to get service. Generally an unpleasant experience.

Reviewed By Ika-SoegiantoWe stayed in this hotel as it was close to airport . Hotel provided pick up/ drop airport for free . Reception and other hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel had beautiful and huge garden. They also had big pool open for public, located in front of the hotel - separated from hotel area. We chose the villa type room, it was a wooden building over the garden. Room was quite big, had terrace in front and small one at the back. Room had refrigerator also Aircon and TV worked well . Room lighting was not bright , but still okay for us in the evening. Having dinner at hotel, food was good with reasonable pricing. Breakfast was great , both taste and presentation .
