Reviewed By Daan HIt's a beautifull hotel. Lovely and spacious room, very nicely decorated. Our dog, a dachshund, was most welcome. Friendly and helpfull staff. Outstanding breakfast. We had a wonderfull time. Keep up the good work. We will defintely return for a new visit ?.

Reviewed By vanuhim2021Wir wünschten uns lediglich eine Auszeit ohne große Erwartung. Aber selbst wenn wir welche gehabt hätten, wären diese übertroffen worden. Schon beim einchecken sahen wir das Meer und hörten die Wellen. Das Einchecken lief reibungslos. Wir wohnten im Hotel Neptun. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir das Meer bestaunen. Zum Frühstück gingen wir 3 min in ein anderes Haus und die Auswahl lies keine Wünsche übrig. Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend . Auf der Strandstraße gab es reichlich Restaurants und Lädchen zum stöbern. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub in einem empfehlenswerten Hotel.

Nice crew, but it isn't enough
Reviewed By Kristin Vestrhe... CThe hotel is nicely located near the beach of Baabe, Osteseebad, and in that respect a good hub for a summer vacay. Us being a family of 5 persons, had two rooms. These rooms did not have doors between them, as wished, and we could only have one key card for each room. As the reception closes at 9pm, make sure you know where you have your card, or you get locked out of your room. We locked ourselves out one night, and had difficulties getting hold of someone to help us. Quite startling. Beds were ok, but temperature scorchingly high. Had to pay extra for baby bed put in to the room(never experienced that before, but maybe a practice outside Scandinavia?). Mark: No elevator, no Aircon. I would like to mention the nice crew. They did a good job and wanted us to fell welcome. But the hotel itself is just out of date.

High Quality Hotel in Perfect Location
Reviewed By davlew14We recently visited this hotel during a long weekend on Rügen after lifting of the Covid travel restrictions. Easy to find and very close to the beach. Rooms were very clean and spacious, with a safe, kettle, tea & coffee provided in the room. Private parking behind the hotel is worth an extra 10 euro per day due to the lack of on street parking in the area. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge choice of bread, cheeses, eggs and cold meats. Very friendly service from the hotel staff and a perfect base to explore the rest of Rügen. Suitable for singles, couples or families. Highly recommended!

Overpriced and old fashioned

Wellness Center closed due to corona, no cleaning service, breakfast in shifts (which you don’t get to choose, you might have to wait 2 hours to eat your breakfast) with no yogurt, no cereals, no omelette, no real cappuccino just filter coffee ... rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable but definitely not fancy, rather functional. You’d better rent a flat

Reviewed By Rolf WZentrale Rezeption im 100 m entfernten R&R Strandhotel. 24 Stunden besetzt. Direkte Verbindung vom Zimmertelefon. Im Sommer täglich Unterhaltung im 100 m entfernten Kabarett Lachmöve. Fahrradverleih 300 m entfernt. Super Badestrand ... Die Bar "Unter Deck" in der Strandallee hat eine tolle Wirtin. Das Restaurant in der Strandallee hat griechische und deutsche Gerichte und ist sehr gut besucht, deshalb besser einen Tisch reservieren. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel.
