Reviewed By Navigate03175907232I have stayed at the North Vancouver Hotel 20+ times in the last year, and I have never been disappointed. For the price you pay, the value is excellent! Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The free breakfast is a bonus too! The staff have always been very friendly and have answered all my questions and attended to anything for the room that I have needed. This is my go-to hotel for all stated above and you can’t beat the convenience of the location for access to many of the great areas on the North Shore, and also downtown Vancouver, as the Lion’s Gate Bridge is only a couple minutes away. Highly recommend for a comfortable and affordable place to lay your head!

The hotel is so clean. We always get an accessible room and it's always awesome. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the availability to the bus to the hospital works perfectly.

Reviewed By c fWe were excited for our stay that would be the first night of our trip. The price was right but in the end, the hassle made us quickly regret this booking. We arrived around 12:30 am after a lot of travel and were told our room was cancelled and there were none available. The rationale was that the credit card on file was ran through at 11:40 pm and declined (although has worked fine before and after this event). But, they therefore cancelled the room and gave it to someone else for over 100$ more than we paid. No call or email, which would have rectified the situation in one minute, as we could have asked them to try the card again or given a different card. Or at the very least, we would have found somewhere to stay closer to the airport (rather than taking a sky train and an Uber to North Vancouver) if they had notified us that the room was cancelled. I had also called 3 days before our stay informing of a late check in and the gentleman insisted it would be completely fine, he did take my name but the person at check in claimed to be unaware of this. Do not recommend booking this place unless you want to end up with your booking cancelled for reasons out of your control.

Keep you up all night
Reviewed By SweettravelofminePeople were drinking in the kitchen and kept me up. People came home from the night out and kept me up. There is no insulation in the walls. The furnace turning on kept popping and pinging which kept me up all night. If the walls weren't so thin that you could here someone zipping up their pants, it wouldn't of been so bad.

Reviewed By anooshaejI had originally booked a trip to Vancouver and last minute ended up cancelling due to rise of covid cases & forest fires. A number of days advance notice was given too. I was able to get refunds and free cancellations for everything else I had booked, except this place. The management team was not very helpful or understanding of the situation. I was charged hundreds of dollars when I didn’t even stay at the hotel. I don’t think that is very hospitable or fair to the Guest. The guests can’t control rise of cases or natural disasters, and should not be be penalized for not visiting.

Welcome to our new riverfront property. We are at the base of Mount Seymour along Seymour River. The area is known for its world class hiking and biking trails. Despite living in the heart of nature, you are only 20 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to the beauty of Deep Cove, and 5 minutes to shopping. Ski hills, golf, restaurants and theaters are all within a 15 minute drive.

Reviewed By Pam GHotel is overall average. The rooms were quite outdated, and the bed was not comfortable. I did like the laminate floors and you overlook the water and the Quay. It was quite alot of smells as the hotel sits above the farmers market. There are a couple restaurants in the market. But tons of great restaurants within walking distance all around the Quay. Located in North Vancouver you don;t have to deal with too much traffic.
