Reviewed By Flying_Dutch137The best hotel in town, 5-star. Stayed for 2 nights with a lot of good and some less. Luxury hotel with big rooms, several restaurants and a very big breakfast buffet. Very reasonable prices and well situated in the centre so no problems to find things outside the hotel. Staff is ok in English Some less for the cleanliness and the state of the rooms, this is below a 5-star hotel

Reviewed By Meander39905219599之前因为公务几天几天就会来山水大酒店住。前前后后估计住了快小半年，感觉各种房型都住过了，经历几次官方会议和运动会。感觉政府工作人员在的多，房间真的是几乎每时每刻都紧俏哈。这么久感觉都和前台工作人员和清洁阿姨成朋友了。 因为主要住的商务行政，基本其实四星级来说还可以。 先抑后扬。 待改进： 1有些楼层的水道不够好，根据当日风向浴室有异味。 2浴室有的又是淋浴房又是浴缸，有些拘束。有的房间只有固定的淋浴头。 3地毯和窗帘。。不知道是怎么清洁的呢。。 4有些房间的房型设计有点不太懂。进门一堵墙，但可以一眼看见床。风水？ 下面各个房型住过的细讲， 普标，浴室小，淋浴房门擦着马桶过。房间设施相对旧。【毕竟老酒店了。】浴室洗护三小瓶。擦手巾比较硬。 商务大床，看运气，不好订到，有可能是未重新装修的。部分地漏气味警告。。花洒十分旧。。 行政大床标间，一般有重新装修，算是不错，一般在高层。浴室有力士的二合一，淋浴头之类的比较好，比较明亮，洗护是装在小柜子里的，玻璃杯也高级一些，也定期换浴室鲜花。毛巾比较厚软。有分禁烟区。顺便xx16的房间一般都不错。 注意顶楼之上有机房，所以固定时间【非休息时间】会有低沉杂音。 情侣房，一进门就是浴缸。都是半透明的，显得十分大的房间。。 特别表扬， 服务，随叫随到！工作人员服务热情。免费的服务项目包括黄瓜面膜，晚安牛奶，足浴盆，晾晒，熨烫，早餐送达。 两天换一次床单，五天一次水果，据说可选。生日给送小蛋糕，圣诞给小朋友送糖。 早餐还是丰富的，点赞面条。各种面，包括特色水粉和拉面？手工面？很有嚼劲。 大堂有夹娃娃机。可以找前台要游戏币。前台办理速度不错。有要调房需要会给建议，及时跟进，还送水果。 【前台的小哥哥小姐姐很勤快，且风趣幽默，重点是靓女鲜肉！】 有健身房，乒乓球台，羽毛球场，游泳池。Spa美容。 每层都有矿。景观。 感觉还有一些，现在只想到这些了。 评论因为只能5m，就缩图了。。

Service is okay, quick and efficient if not exactly friendly, but no English is spoken here. Lication is a little ways out from the centre, but accessible enough by public transport.

Reviewed By Mikhail GВполне адекватный отель за свои деньги! Приехал в Ningde на скоростном поезде, на городском автобусе доехал за 10 минут прямо к отелю (остановка через дорогу), заселился. В 10-15 минутах ходьбы можно дойти до площади торгового комплекса Wanda, где тусуется весь местный люд. (там есть рестораны, бары, кофейни, магазины, аттракционы для детей, всегда людно по вечерам) Каждый этаж оформлен в разном стиле. Я жил на Европейском этаже Эпохи Возрождения. Комната с двуспальной кроватью была просторная и довольно объёмная. Минус: мне показалось что уборщицы поленились заменить полотенца для душа, при раскрытии одного нашёл чей-то волос с тела :(((, в целом полотенца показались не свежими. Позвонил на рисепшен - пришли и заменили.
