Reviewed By Micha_KBRWunderschönes Hotel samt Hotelanlage. Es gibt sehr viele Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten, angefangen vom See bis hin zur Hotelanlage selbst. Vor Ort gibt es einen sehr guten Bootsverleih, an dem Trettboote & Wasserfahrräder zur Vermietung angeboten werden. In dem Biergarten oder dem Hotelrestaurant lässt sich der Tag mit Livemusik grandios ausklingen. Nur empfehlenswert!!!

The city Mirow is located amidst the beautiful Mecklenburg Lake District and is in all seasons a pleasure for body, mind and soul. Experience on foot, by bike or by boat, the naturalness and the unique flora and fauna in the Müritz National Park, just beyond our city, the "Old Castle Brewery", a house in a quiet but central location, located on the historic Mirow Castle Island Lakefront. Nestled in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, the Castle Island is also home to the Royal Palace of the Dukes of Mecklenburg-Strelitz, the Johanniter church with royal crypt, the gatehouse and the romantic love island. The "Old Castle Brewery" has 14 double and 2 family rooms that can be used as single rooms and 1 holiday apartment for 4 people. Our rooms were in April 2013 all completely refurnished. It offers warmly decorated rooms that reflect the historical realities of the castle island. Some rooms have beautiful lake views. At the "Old Castle Brewery" heard our vaulted restaurant with adjoining fireplace room. Here you can dine à la carte. The vaults of our restaurants provide a wonderful atmosphere during the day and especially in the evening hours by an individual lighting. In every season you have from here a magnificent view of the Lake Mirow. The adjoining cozy, rustic fireplace room is ideal for celebrations of any kind. Our delightful lakeside terrace invites you to linger. Dinner Theatres, tradition, spectacle: to the old castle brewery also includes our experience gastronomy "Mirow Ritterkeller". The "Mirow Ritterkeller" is the oldest and largest vaulted system of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In these vaults, you can enjoy a 4-course dinner with a 3-hour variety program. Following this event, you can swing the "dance floor". For further information do not hesitate to contact us.

Reviewed By ClareofTraleeNicely situated overlooking the lake. Great facilities for cyclists -secure shed for storing with charging points for e bicycles. Large room with sitting area and lobby. Comfortable and chilled. Reception staff helpful.

Reviewed By nikolaih352Beengten Zimmer unterm Dach, Lage zentral aber an Hauptstraße gelegen. Essen nicht mehr bekommen, da lt Aussage des Personals sich dieses nicht lohnen würde. Sauberkeit ging so, Personal überfordert..

Reviewed By Kerstin IWir wurden hier sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Apartments sind über dem Ärztehaus mit Treppe oder Fahrstuhl erreichbar und sind sehr hübsch mit Massivholzmöbel eingerichtet. Liebevoll wurde auch das Kinderreisebett fertig hingestellt, sowie auch ein Toilettenaufsatz und ein Hocker für das Waschbecken. Auch eine Kleinigkeit kann man sich kochen. Eine Herdplatte steht dafür zur Verfügung sowie Topf und Pfanne. Das Frühstück ist einfach Klasse. Man bekommt ein Tisch mit dem Schild von seinem Apartmentname. Dort ist dann schon alles eingedeckt mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Wer bei Voranmeldung auch Bescheid sagt wegen Nahrungmittelunverträglichkeiten wird auch da entsprechendes Essen bekommem. Also gluternfrei und lactosefreie z.B. Eine Sauna kann auch genutzt werden, muss nur vorher angemeldet werden, damit sie eingeschaltet wird. Also echt empfehlendswert. Ein Punkt Abzug für den Fernseher. Den mussten wir erst einstellen.

Ein kleines Paradies
Reviewed By Jan WDas war jetzt mein zweiter Besuch in derJugendherberge in Mirow. Es war wieder ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Es ist eine sehr schöne Jugendherberge. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Essen war wieder super lecker. Schöne Lage am See mit Kanustation Volleyballplatz usw.

Familientreffen zum Kajak fahren
Reviewed By NZ_pingiEinmal im Jahr trifft sich unsere Familie zum gemeinsamen Paddeln. In diesem Jahr hatten wir uns Mirow ausgesucht und so bezogen wir zu viert die große Ferienwohnung der Familie Pohlmann. Für zwei Paare ist die Wohnung ideal, weil jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. In der Mitte der Zimmer befindet sich ein sehr gemütlicher Wohn-/Essbereich mit kleiner, aber sehr gut ausgestatter Küche. Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet und perfekt sauber. Das Bett ist unheimlich bequem. Die Bäder sind modern und ebenfalls picobello! Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Dazu kommt noch, dass die Vermieter ganz liebe Leute sind und wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt haben. Leider hatten wir nur 3 Nächte, in der Wohnung und auch in der Region kann man gut einen ganzen Urlaub verbringen. Ein dickes Dankeschön an die Familie Pohlmann!
