This hotel in Kütahya Turkey is better than most all five star hotels in Istanbul because the General Manager works with his team and guests to make it so.

Reviewed By Anastasia BWe spent in this hotel 1 day in Spa zone. Daily price for Spa zone only is 35 TL for a person. The staff was polite as long as we were booking our peeling and massage. After that started total ignore and disrespect. I got no towels and no robe. The spa zones are different for men and woman, not only the hamam area but all spa areas! Pools and Jacuzzis as well. Nobody warned us about that as well as nobody showed me where I supposed to go and which areas are free or must be paid extra... in fact I was told that the salt room was an extra and I needed to pay for it when I was already resting inside. Telling this I must mention that my husband is turkish and we had visited 3 similar hotels in Yoncali area before. All of them offered us a separate hamam zones but mixed pools and resting areas. Finally you can hear a wonderful sound in the spa cause at the other side of the wall the hotel is still being built. I would not recommend this hotel...

Interesting thermal bath concept
Reviewed By MMVossClean and average rooms. The staff service was ok. The plus of this hotel is the thermal bath, unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because I was tired, but I would try next time. Due I was there just one night, I can't tell anymore else.

Very good, quiet friendly hotel
Reviewed By fnumber1userStayed overnight 24.10.18 and the hotel were friendly, spoke English and gave free Wi-Fi code. Rooms were spacious, ultra clean and equipped with mini bar and like all rooms in Turkey a massive shower. Breakfast was again as usual plenty of choice - I particularly enjoyed the honeycomb drizzled with honey, nuts and cream on top. Thanks for the stay, best nights sleep since I got here and it impressed me more than the €360/night hotel in Istanbul.

Reviewed By husnuh2021180 tl gecelik kahvaltı dahil. Yorumlara yanıldım ilk oda hazır değil. İkinci oda acil hazırlanmamış havası vardı yani çarsaflar ve yastık yuzleri yatmama elvermedi. Resepsiyondaki bayan ın ilgisi hemen otelin kahvesine dalıp zaman geçirmesi. Ve aksam ayrıldım

Reviewed By devarani123456Even though many staff could not speak English well they used translators on mobile or called another staff to help. One of the massage therapists called Senel was excellent. We had massages daily because the prices were reasonable. The massages along with the thermal pools made it feel like a health retreat
