Super Bungalow with great host!
Reviewed By eve010101It's really a DREAM. We had such a good time, so we extended the stay for 3 more days en. The host is super friendly and helpful! The rooms are very clean and have everything you need, even a little kitchen! There is a pool and you have your own terrasse.

The staff was extremely nice and responsive, which made our stay even better than expected. We will definitely come back next time we are in Koh Phangan. Highly recommended!

Un petit havre de paix
Reviewed By Cathy GNous avons eu la chance d’occuper une de leurs petites villas face à la mer et nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout est propre et bien entretenu, le personnel très agréable et les patrons plus que discrets. Bungalows sommaires (manque peut-être de quoi défaire sa valise si l’on reste longtemps) mais vraiment très agréables. Pas de petits déjeuners mais possibilité de le prendre à l’entrée du resort car les patrons tiennent un petite resto en bordure de route, ouvert toute la journée. Nous avons été conquis et ne manquerons pas d’y retourner car on se sent vraiment comme chez nous.

Really modern and really clean
Reviewed By LauraC3419This hotel was a dream. We had our own bungalow with garden view. It had a separate en suite bedroom and kitchen/lounge area, all with modern fittings and furnishings. Also a little outdoor area which was nice to sit out on. It was a stones throw away from the beach/pool area and very quiet. The receptionist was very helpful and organised transport to the full moon party for us and other residents staying which was helpful. We hired a motorbike from a shop up the road which meant we could get around the island easily and back to the bungalow. It had a couple of shops in walking distance. Although it was hard to find initially, where it’s based was perfect for us. If and when we go back, we’ll definitely be booking again. I would 100% recommend. Great value for money.

The location is great with nice small restaurants and a home-like feeling to it. There is a very nice market on the same street on Sundays, which was a nice experience as well.

I got the feel it as a family run business (I could be wrong but this is testament to the nice atmosphere around the place). Staff really helpful and friendly, rooms clean, good location and it’s situated right on the beach front with a pool also. Fantastic

Reviewed By hspwDie Bungalows sind in den Hang gebaut und haben alle eine sehr schöne Aussicht in die grüne Natur. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig und wir können mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Die Aircon brauchen wir nur, wenn es heiß ist. Internet ist frei und das Wasser auch. Nur Strom extra. Wir sind schon 1 Jahr im Haus und können sagen, für eine Dauermiete super geeignet (Discount). Unsere Freunde waren vorher fast 3 Jahre hier. Preis-Leistung ist voll OK man kann verhandeln! Die Besitzer kümmern sich schnell, sollte mal was sein, wie Internet ausgefallen oder so. Die Häuschen sind einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Wir sind von einer anderen Gegend hier her gezogen und haben all unsere Möbel mitgebracht. Wir haben unsere Waschmaschine und Trockner angeschlossen. Wir haben die Wände nach unseren Wünschen farbig gestrichen.... Das war alles kein Problem. Man darf sich entfalten. Die Straße ist wegen Covid auch tagsüber nur mäßig befahren und nachts ist so gut wie gar kein Verkehr. Man braucht aber mindestens einen Roller, da Geschäfte weiter weg sind. Es ist schon selten auf Phangan, eine ruhige Gegend zu finden. Es wird daher auch auf Ruhe geachtet! Kein Partys oder nächltliche Randale.

Reviewed By AnatYeSimple but nice, good deal. Clean and friendly. The restaurant is very good and the view is perfect. One of the best places to eat, and kids friendly. The kids can play pool and swim in the swimmingpool.

Amazing time!
Reviewed By Prainetravels123Had an amazing time at Mad Monkey. Stayed for 6 nights in a private room, and definitely worth the money. Bar and reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Also a great team of hostel reps here too! Edwin is so good at getting everyone involved in the games in the evening, and Seline is so chill and is able to get people out on the day trips easily. It was also awesome to spend some time with Eline there too ? I highly recommend Mad Monkey to solo travelers, you'll have a blast!
