I did 4 seminars with Stéphane last year and could feel the value of his teachings in every martial arts training I've had ever since. I did really enjoy the lessons and the fact that Stéphane takes all the time needed for me to understand key principles, get over my own frustrations and limits. I recommend this training to everyone, even if you're only slightly curious about martial arts!

I do believe that I can work with anybody, regardless their fitness or body awareness level. I make my working/training sessions fun, laid back and straightforward. If you would like to grow some martial sense but doesn't know if it fits you, I might ease you into moving more smoothly and accurately than you would have expected.

I came across this class whilst at my yoga and meditation retreat in Koh Phangan and I was so grateful they offered these classes because I wanted something different, something that would challenge me with a new skill. These classes were exactly what I needed! Stephan breaks everything down from technique to then giving you the opportunity to practice and combat with another partner. After just 1 class he was able to cover various different styles to give you a taste of Martial Arts. My favourite was the sticks known as Kali or Eskrima and the hand combat work. After the classes I decided to take a 1:1 training session with him which was even more rewarding because you can focus on developing the styles you want. In short, I highly recommend these classes if you are in Koh Phangan and more importantly Stephan is a fantastic teacher, he is very passionate about what he teaches and very thorough. Even if you are a total beginner and never tried anything like this you definitely wouldn't want to miss out! So make sure you attend his classes and book him! ???? N.B. I also booked Free diving with him too as he is a man of many talents! Which I will write a separate review about.

This was an amazing experience. The peacefulness of floating in the kayaks and experiencing this beautiful space. was one of the top highlights of our trip. The guides were so fun and informative. Making the Loy Krathong and seeing the planktin in the evening is something you do not want to miss. Simply beautiful. Words do not do the experience justice. This is an all day tour but one you Do Not want to miss. This is a late post from (July 2019) But I had to share. BE SURE TO BOOK THIS TRIP!

The giant Buddha statue is a MUST to visit the in Phuket. But try to go in the early morning as the sun will rise facing the Big Buddha and you can get a nice picture of the Buddha with clear blue sky behind.

My guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He and his driver picked me up, and dropped me off, at my hotel, even though it is well north of downtown. The Grand Palace and Wat Arun are amazing. I strongly recommend this tour. Be prepared for a LOT of walking.

Overall this is a very good way to see more of Thailand and enjoy the culture. The activities were well timed and the lunch was great. Guides were knowledgeable. James Bond island is somewhat overrated and it gets crowded at times. I found the visit to Koh Panyee quite fascinating
