Reviewed By happylife_foreverThis was my first stay in this hotel. I liked the room and good service. Its having a nice location and just 10 minutes walk from main street. Breakfast is served in your room and no bar or restaurant in the hotel. They offered a good pick up service from trainstation and airport.

I always get the best most expensive room and I can tell you it is filthy ! FOOOOOO !! The " throw rug " carpeting throughout the room has never been takin out and it is filthy nasty. The took away the free water but the glasses are still in the room. The coffee in the room, gone ! They did not even clean this room one day I was here. They say that the free buffet breakfast is gone because of Covid-19, but you can order one item. Although there are cakes and bread yogurt still out they took away the toaster ! The simple truth is business is down and there cutting expenses in every way possible. Even the "bar girl" does not use her mask nor does she wear gloves and she serves the food and prepares it. Wow ! And the cakes and pastry are covered so EVERYONE spreads Covid who touches the lids ! The grounds outside are filthy and littered with cig butts etc..Total opposite of what they should be doing ! Yes they saved 5 dollars cutting expenses just on me but I am checking out as soon as I secure another hotel room. So they will lose three nights tariff from me now, plus I will never return..

Very helpful staff, complementary breakfast, comfortable room, and quiet location, what's not to like here. I was not able to pay with credit card but walked back to bus stop on Gagarin Avenue and used Privat Bank ATM to get money and had no problem.

The Hotel has comfortable beds and a great amenities in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Kharkiv

Reviewed By B CI stayed in this hotel 2 nights. Location is great, just few steps away from the main square. They gave me a room on the 13th floor tat was nice, as I had city view. Truly speaking when I booked this hotel I didn't know what to expect, it was so cheap compared to the other Ukraine cities that I visited...but I was very surprised and happy of my choice! Room was nice, clean and spacious. They provided water, soaps, and also other accessories like brush for the shoes etc. The furnitures in the room are not the most recent ones but when I travel I look mainly for cleaning, quietness and location in an hotel, and this hotel have all this. But anyway as I said I was positively surprised by the room and the hotel itself (common area are nice too). Maybe the mattress was not the most comfortable one, but for the price I paid I think it was more than ok. At the receptions they can speak english, but they are not really able to give suggestions on places to see etc, they just give you a map. They always refer to the concierge. On of them (a young man called Andrei, or something like this) was really nice..he helped me to find on the map the places I wanted to visit and gave me suggestions for the visit of the city and restaurant. I didn't try breakfast and the restaurant. They can also arrange transfer. They can keep the lugguage while visiting the city after the check-out. Great value for price. If I would recommend this hotel? Yes!

The interior is modern, still include a tub Only place that could do a bit better is the breakfast. Only 1-2 staff present speak English, the rest just says yes and your orders are not given to the kitchen. There is an open kitchen where egg dishes are made, but the person standing for it often is elsewhere. Not sure if it's because they try to safe money but guests have to make their own coffee from a similar mashines you finde at a 3* hotel, but if you catch the English speaking waiter you can get a real handmade cappuccino. They have sausage and bacon, but no scrambled eggs and the cook doesn't know what it is. So for a 5* hotel expect a 3* hotel breakfast experience

Reasonable rooms and well-situated
Reviewed By sirtopperThe hotel itself is right next to the metro, so no issues there. A quick ride up to Derzhprom and the centre, where all the bars and cafe's can be found. Also the very nicely renovated parks and fountains! The hotel itself looks well past its prime and in some places looks completely abandoned. Some groundskeeping and a little TLC for the bottom floors would certainly help. The entrance is spartan and there appear to be some unfinished shops by the reception counter. The staff speak good English however, and are very cheery. The rooms are spotless and very clean, the shower (although a little leaky) was decent. Nice big windows for a view over the city and BBC/other western channels on the TV. No breakfast was seemingly available however, which seemed odd for a large hotel - perhaps due to lower numbers in the pandemic? Very good value and I would visit again, depsite the external appearance of the hotel. A good loaction and clean well appointed rooms.
